BOHEMIAN HILL - SkyRun Texasin omaisuus


Bohemian Hill tarjoaa ryhmällesi mahdollisuuden päästä pois kaikesta, samalla kun se on silti kätevästi lähellä monia paikallisia kuormituspisteitä ja kiinnostavia kohteita. Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen ja 3 kylpyhuoneen koti nukkuu mukavasti jopa 12 vieraalle päärakennuksen kahden makuuhuoneen ja majatalon välillä. Viihtyisässä oleskelutilassa on HDTV, mukavat istuimet ja näkymä joelle, samoin kuin varustettu keittiö, joka on varustettu kaikilla ruoanlaitto- ja ruokailutarvikkeilla loma-ateriasi varten. Tästä huolimatta vietät suurimman osan ajasta nauttien suuresta kannelta, josta on näkymät joelle, ja siinä on runsaasti istumatilaa ja hiiligrilli. Portaiden ja ylimääräisen rantakannen avulla on helppo liukua Guadalupe-joen viileisiin vesiin. Sinun on oltava vähintään 25-vuotias vuokrataksesi tämän kiinteistön. Huoneeseen mahtuu korkeintaan 12 vierasta. Tule ja pidä hauskaa, mutta huomaa, että epäkunnioittava tai häiritsevä käyttäytyminen johtaa siihen, että menetät loput loman.

Great house. The second building is great for a big bunch of kids. Fantastic outdoor space with multiple decks. Absolutely beautiful scenery. The river was cold in mid-March, but it would be perfect in the summer. The Guadalupe does not have much of a current here and the river gets to be about 4 foot deep towards the middle. Perfect for floating. We will be back!!

Beautiful property! Had a birthday weekend for my mom’s 50th in the beautiful scenery. Hosts were very communicative. The AC went out in the guest house the first night which wasn’t ideal because half the sleeping accommodations are in there. It’s Texas so guesthouse as unusable without AC. The host got back to us right away and sent someone out the next morning to fix it. The offered a small partial refund for the inconvenience which was appreciated. The only other things I’d note is that they’ve covered the back deck with some pretty crude decorative signs all over the place, you’ll know you’re in true Texas conservative territory. Think it would be better if they took those down. I guess it’s managed by a rental company but still owned privately, to each his own! The place is also a little dated, felt a little overpriced for what we got but the location was beautiful. We enjoyed the river and the scenery!

Great stay at Bohemian Hill!

Property was perfect! Location on the river is ideal, and river accesss, tube and kayak storage,and outdoor spaces were great! Host was responsive and the guidelines for arrival and departure were easy and reasonable. We have stayed in a lot of properties on this street over the years, and this was our favorite. We would absolutely book it again.

Cute, convenient, lots of room

Loved the house amd location. It was clean and had all the things you should need. The decks are the best feature. Super easy to enter the water. We loved coming back to the house and floating. Definitely wpild recommend this place and would stay here again.

Awesome Time

The house was perfect for our group. We had 9 total and everyone had plenty of space for sleeping. House is furnished really well and we had everything we needed to have a great weekend. The dock is awesome to watch people float by. We drove to the Horseshoe to float day 1 and drove down to Mountain Breeze to float on day 2. Easy drive to both or you can go to Ponderosa if you like smaller crowds. The house is only a 10 minute drive to the Whitewater Ampitheater as well. We had a great time renting this place and will probably rent again.

Best Most Peaceful place on the river if you have good neighbors

The first night, I felt I may have made a mistake. I was there with my inlaws, and my kids. We could not use the awesome patio because the neighbors were so close and there was MF every other word. But when we went out the next day, it was an older couple and never heard a peep, just saw them sitting out enjoying the fabulous view too. Really great location on the river. The deck is probably my favorite on the river. Hosts were great, never had to contact house was great for us.

Absolutely amazing

We rented this place for Spring Break with our children, grandma, uncle, aunt, and our family friends. The views were amazing, it was so relaxing to be able to fish off the private river deck area and just enjoy the scenery. Of course we couldn’t tube but we knew that beforehand since it was too cold, but in the summer this would be the perfect spot with direct private river access. The pictures definitely don’t do this place justice you will just have to see it! Oh I forgot the most important part, this house was so clean!!!!! The only problem we had was the toaster didn’t work, it wasn’t a problem though since we only tried it on our last morning while packing up to go. Thanks for some amazing memories we will definitely be back!

Pre-Thanksgiving Holiday

Weather did not cooperate. It was cold and rainy all through our 4-night stay. Thank goodness the house was cozy, warm, and comfortable, and lots of space for our small family group. We appreciated the high level of cleanliness, and no musty odors even with the damp weather. Appliances were excellent, and kitchen was quite well-equipped except for the lack of a toaster. We loved the riverfront view! Lots of large, clear windows looking through the covered porch, and spacious deck to the beautiful trees and river. Lots to enjoy!

Great location

We attended a concert at Whitewater Amphitheater and chose this property due to close proximity to the venue. The outdoor decks were perfect for gathering together with a view of the river. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook anything, so can’t comment on how well stocked the kitchen is for meal preparation. Could use a new coffee pot—very slow. Overall this property served our purposes very well.

Great River Get-Away

This home is perfect for a nice long weekend on the Guadalupe River! The home and side/guest home are both comfortable and spacious. Location is ideal, not far from the main roads into town yet very calm and scenic view from the attached porch (good amount covered in case of rain!). There's a lower open porch right on the river and it really puts the icing on the cake of this place! Everyone loves sitting on the water-front, enjoying a picnic and visiting. You walk right down to the water if you want to go and float in your tube. I love this place and so will you!

A Dream Vacation Spot!

Bohemian Hill is the absolute best home away from home right on the beautiful Guadalupe River, we had so much fun and didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this home, we wish it was our own home!

Great Location

Stayed for a friends trip - the house was great for our group size (12) and for river location/access. We loved the back deck. Kitchen was stocked decently. Our only issue was towels - there were only 5 bath towels in the house. Luckily we were able to have someone grab some from home. Otherwise the house was great.

Incredible disappointment

Upon arrival you are greeted by a sign that cameras that inform you you are being monitored, but don’t say where. Immediately behind the house is a incredibly busy road. You can’t escape the noise of it in the evening. There is no master suite. The only bedroom suitable for couples has a bathroom down the hall. This was not stated and at this price point is unacceptable. The chains on the deck, multiple negative signs including signs about taking guests to court for leaning on railing, made us feel like the property owner is aggressive towards guests. The decor is ageist and uncomfortable. There was no working TV in any room. There was no ability to use grills or outside equipment; unlike any water rental we’ve ever had. There was no personal touch, welcome from the owner, or thanks for renting. Just lists of rules in most rooms. We would not recommend at all. Unwelcoming; uncomfortable; not worth the cost.

We stayed three nights just before Thanksgiving - I would recommend this little getaway to anyone. Clean, fully stocked for prepping and cooking meals, and a lovely outdoor experience overlooking the Guadalupe River. Only drawback was the weak WiFI - unfortunately some of us were working during the stay. Otherwise a great stay!

Beautiful Property

This was truly a home away from home. The river in this area is beautiful and deep- great for swimming and floating. The patios are perfect for outdoor cooking and just spending a relaxing day together. We had a big group and it was plenty of space for all of us. We look forward to visiting again!
