Holiday Inns are not what they used to be. We had to change rooms (even after an upgrade) due to a very noisy air condenser located outside the room. They were very accommodating. However, then we got stuck in a room that had a dog barking constantly in the next room. Not the property’s fault however I don’t understand why hotels allow pets for this reason.
The room was spacious but just didn’t like it. The toilet was so low to the floor that I could barely get back up after using it. Why is it so hard to install comfortable toilets? No cleaning service unless you fill out a form and turn it in by 9 am!!
The food was horrible. The complimentary coffee and breakfast items they offer are not worth the effort. Only saw muffins 2 days in a row in the “complimentary” area. No granola bars or fruit as advertised. Coffee horrible.
Just overall not good for how overpriced it was.
