Magnolia is a studio retreat located within Gruene Cottages, just minutes from the heart of Historic Gruene. Guests have access to a community pool, playground, and picnic areas while staying close to local boutiques, the legendary Gruene Hall, and the Guadalupe River for tubing and kayaking. New Braunfels' restaurants, wineries, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Landa Park, and downtown attractions are all just a short drive away.



The Space:

Inside, the studio is thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the space. A wall-mounted smart TV with cable provides entertainment, while a small cocktail table with seating for two offers a convenient spot to enjoy breakfast or plan the day's adventures. The kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee bar with a single-serve coffee maker, making it easy to prepare light meals and your morning coffee before heading out to explore Gruene and New Braunfels.



This studio comfortably sleeps 2 guests in 1 king size bed.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE

• Communal washer and dryer available in the closet in the breezeway of the building.

• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.

• This home is the upstairs guestroom of the 2nd building on the right as you enter the property.

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• This home is a sister unit to other units in the building.

• This guestroom features private exterior access via a dedicated staircase, as well as an internal connecting door that remains locked, providing separation from the rest of the cottage below.

• For larger parties or those needing more space, guests are encouraged to book the unit Comfort, which includes an additional bedroom with 2 queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a twin daybed with trundle.

• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.

• This property is equipped with external security cameras located on the outside of various buildings, actively monitoring shared common areas including the parking area, pool, and playscape.
