Tervetuloa yksinäiseen räätälöityyn Lomakoti Guadalupe-joen, Gruene Historic District, valtavia eläviä tammi, sypressi ja pekaanipuita.

Runsaasti Deck ja Patio tiloja (7) ovat saatavilla iso yläkerrassa Deck, jotka kaikki unohtaa Guadalupe joen. Piha on varjostettu ja sopii erinomaisesti ulkokokouksiin, erityisesti ryhmän istuinalueilla ja suurella palo-renkaalla.

Pohjakerroksessa on olohuone, täysin kalustettu gourmet-keittiö ja makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone. Makuuhuoneessa on täydellinen kylpyhuone, ja siihen mahtuu korkeintaan 3, king-size-vuode ja yksi yhden hengen vuode. Kaikissa huoneissa on Guadalupe-joen näkymät, ja ne avautuvat keittiö- ja olohuoneeseen. Lisäksi 2 voidaan majoittaa olohuoneeseen käyttämällä 2 isoa sohvaa kuin ratapölkyt.

Alakerrassa on 2 makuuhuonetta, joista jokaiseen mahtuu korkeintaan 3, joista jokaisella on king-size-vuode ja yksi yhden hengen vuode. Kaikissa huoneissa on täysin varustettu kylpyhuone ja upeat näkymät joelle. Kaikki vuodevaatteet ja tyynyt tarjotaan.

This was a wonderful stay, exactly what we were looking for.Chris and Johanna were very welcoming and responsive to all our needs.The house was really nice and comfortable for a large group. We found everything we needed and loved the large dining table overlooking the river, for breakfast and dinner. The location is also very convenient for visiting Gruene, where we enjoyed the live country music and artisanal shops.I definitely recommend this place. It exceeded all our expectations.

The entire home was immaculate. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. The scenery was great with deer walking throughout the yard and the location to downtown was perfect. The layout of the home and cottage was also perfect for our family. I would highly recommend the Gruene River Home.

This is a great location if you want to experience Gruene and New Braunfels. Both are a very short ride away and easily accessible. The house was great with a lot of character. We all enjoyed it. The best part of the experience was the hosts. They have everything setup in the house just perfect so you don't need to worry about anything. Communication was great and we did not have any issues. I very much recommend it.

Fantastic location, 2 houses, Guadalupe River direct access!

The location is about a mile from Gruene Hall, restaurants, & shopping! There are 2 houses with direct access to the Guadalupe River in the back yard! Great communication with the Host from the beginning & the best “stocked” house we have stayed at over the years. This was a family trip with husband, 4 kids (16-22 years old), my Dad, our 20 year old son’s girlfriend & her best friend. Unfortunately, we stayed during the Kerrville flood & it rained the whole time as well, so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities. There were tubes, 2 kayaks, fishing gear, chairs and several balcony areas to enjoy the view. We enjoyed watching all of the deer that were allOver the neighborhood including in the front & back yard! If the weather would have been better, it would have been pretty closeTo perfect with the river access, the shaded back yard, several outdoor seating options, plenty of water toys, & a mile into town. There are a lot of stairs & the river access is also pretty steep so you will want to watch your footing! If the weather would have been better, we would have really enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing Property

House and cottage were clean and spacious.The kitchen is fully stocked. Everything that we needed to sit on the floating dock and fish. The fire pit was stacked up and ready to just fire it up. This property has plenty of rooms and outside decks. Lots of stairs from the drive at down to the river.

Wonderful House on the river

We booked this for a family trip. My mother, brother, husband, and two adult kids. This house was beautiful and had everything we could ask for. My mother didn't want to leave :-) The property was amazing, and we loved all the decks overlooking the river. The house has been very well cared for and you can tell the owners love it. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were great and the living room and kitchen were great hang out places for our family. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Rental

This is where we had our family vacation July 10-14. It was perfect for a large group up to 13 ppl. It is situated in a perfect location directly on the Guadalupe river. There is the main house that provides numerous outdoors patios and verandas. It is fully stocked in all areas. All you need to do is bring your food and beverages The hosts are awesome! They provide you with numerous tubes, two kayaks, fishing poles, 🎣 lifejackets and noodles to swim right off of the floating dock. Their cottage right next-door was really cool and also offered an outdoor veranda. That’s where my husband and I stayed. They provide everything you need for coffee, including coffee, creamers etc., all the spices, and all paper goods and make it very easy for the guests. I would highly recommend renting this unique place! 1 mile from Gruene Hall Thank you Chris and Johanna for your hospitality. We made some fun memories! ❤️

Great house in an excellent location!

The house was clean and well stocked. The host was great and responded promptly to my questions. Our family will definitely rent this house again next summer! One thing to mention is that the cost for the float trip isn’t included.

Great girls weekend in Gruene. House was just as deceived. Spacious, comfortable, clean and was so fell stocked. Communication with owners excellent and you can’t beat the beautiful location. I highly recommend this rental!

Boat dock needs to have ramp or stairs due to location. Needs ladder also. Boats leak. Needs replaced. Home was great. Better access to the river would be my suggestion.

Perfect house

This house was definitely the perfect place for my family and my friends family to stay. Access to the river from the house. They had Jerry’s River Outfitters pick us up and bring us back directly to the house. Made things so easy! This house was the most well equipped home we have ever stayed in. Paper products and all. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Great Long Weekend!

We booked for our son's 30th birthday. House has everything you need and then some. Most stocked VRBO I've ever stayed in. No running back and forth to the store needing kitchen/bathroom items. Great sheets, comfy beds. Only tip would be if anyone in your group has mobility issues, this rental would be hard to navigate. Lots of stairs, up hill, down hill, etc. Thank you!
