River Road Villas on uusin lisäys River Roadiin! Olemme sijaitsee 2. ja 3. risteyksen välillä. Olemme noin 15 minuutin päässä Gruene ja New Braunfels. Olemme joen rannalla sijaitseva kiinteistö, jolla on yli 100 jalkaa suoraa pääsyä joelle. Voit tarkastella jokea yläkerran kuistilta tai alakerran kannelta tai hengailla joen rannalla. Upea alue hengailla ja / tai pelata joessa. Nauti myös luonnonkauniista kallionäkymistä. Tämä on uusi 4br / 3 kylpy talo avokeittiö / ruokailutila / olohuone. Täydellinen keittiö, jossa astiat, kaikki laitteet ja keittiövälineet. Meillä on myös 65 tuuman taulutelevisio ja Wifi. Pesukone ja kuivaaja on myös. Liinavaatteita, pyyhkeitä ja tyynyjä ei toimiteta.

Putkien vuokraus ja kuljetuspalvelu sijaitsevat kiinteistön molemmin puolin. Voit mennä jokeen täällä ja poistua monista paikoista ylös ja alas jokea ja palata omaisuudelle.

New Braunfels on lähellä Schlitterbahnia, Whitewater amfiteatteria, River Roadin jäätaloa, Gruenea ja surullista Gruene-hallia, Canyon Lake (erittäin mukava, puhdas järvi ja upea veneilyyn), San Antonio (vieraile eläintarhassa, Alamossa, Riverwalk, Fiesta) Texas, ostoksilla monia luetteloita), Austin (pääkaupunki, 6th Street, kauniit puistot), San Marcos (pistokeskukset) ja monet muut pienet ainutlaatuiset Hill Country -kaupungit. Our family had an amazing time over Labor Day weekend. The house exceeded our expectations and the close proximity to the river was superb. The house was clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The “outdoor” kitchen and deck was where we spent most of our evenings. The description of the property does not do it justice. We loved our stay and plan to return next Summer.

Overall Good Experience!

Great location and loved the direct river access and easy tube rental access! The house was clean and accommodating but we did bring items we were told to bring but they ended up being there at the house. I would just recommend more accurate information on the listing but overall we had a great time and would stay again!

We will be back

This was by far our favorite location while staying at the river. We do an annual river trip and it’s the first time we’ve been this close to the water. The only thing that took us by surprise, was they do not provide any sheets, pillowcases, blankets. Luckily it’s stated in the contract they sent over for me to sign a couple days before leaving so we had time to prepare, but it is not listed on description when booking. Other than that, the place was perfect! We LOVED the downstairs kitchen- it made it easier to keep the upstairs cooled because there wasn’t so much in and out! Our neighbors were great during our stay! Oh, and take a measuring cup!

Thanksgiving Stay

This was a very nice property and the location can’t be beat. Direct river access and facing the river as well is just great. The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the area. I’d stay here again.

Awesome House - Perfect Location

A group of friends and myself have stayed at numerous places on river road and this is by far one of our favorites now! It’s in the perfect spot, and the house has an amazing layout. The up and downstairs patios, with downstairs kitchen, is the icing on the cake! 5 out 5 stars and will definitely be coming back!

Pictures don’t do justice!

So much space for our adult group of 12. Enough room for sleeping arrangements, space to sit inside and outside and cook. Perfect house walking distance from the best part of the river. On either side of the house you can rent tubes/shuttle. Don’t have to drive after a day of drinks on the River

This is our 2nd girls trip staying in this home! It is literally perfect. Perfect location, clean, comfortable and beautiful. We are already trying to book this home another weekend in the near future. Our favorite part is the outdoor kitchen and bar area. Book it…you will have no regrets!

Great, clean place! Wonderful view! Very spacious! Wonderful outdoor cooking kitchen! Only problem we had was there was a massive problem with yellow jackets and honey bees. We were not the only house with this problem. We hunted all over for the hives! Even though we had the problem, we would definitely highly recommend!!!
