This 2500 sqft. 3 Bedroom and 3 Bathroom riverfront property has everything you need for an amazing stay. Fully stocked remodeled kitchen and huge refrigerator. Covered patio overlooking the Guadalupe River is a great hangout space to beat the heat or even enjoy a nice cocktail on the new furniture. Large kitchen table will fit all 10 guests comfortably . 2 Large bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms will sleep 4 people with ease. Newly remodeled downstairs has a huge bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a Full bed that can sleep another 6 guests. Full bathroom downstairs will help with those guests. We have transformed the basement area to one of the coolest Game Rooms around. Foosball table, Full size arcade game complete with over 1500 games to include all your favorite, Pac-Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong just to name a few . Brand new Dartboard for all those enthusiasts to enjoy and a massive 70” smart tv for your viewing pleasure.

Downstairs refrigerator for all those extra beverages and French Doors open up to the covered downstairs patio and seating area. Did we mention the Floating Dock with ladder for easy access in and out of the River.

We are absolutely overjoyed at the product we have created and we know you will enjoy this . We have also partnered with Little Ponderosa River Outfitters located directly down the street. Take a picture of their flyer and you will get a discount on all your River Tubes. They have AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and will answer any and all questions regarding the Guadalupe River.

This property is located in a quiet and established neighborhood. Some of the residents live there full time. Our House Rules are STRICTLY ENFORCED and violation of these rules could mean an immediate eviction with no refund given. We want our guests to have a great time and enjoy the outdoors and river but we will not tolerate disrespect and rules violations.

The following are not allowed on the "Rocky River Retreat" premises: firearms (including law enforcement or CHL holders), pets of any kind, illegal drugs, fireworks, 4-wheelers, golf carts, ATV's, Boats, RV's, over-sized vehicles, trailers of any size, tents or other items not mentioned that may alter, endanger, disturb, destroy or interfere with the property. "Rocky River Retreat" reserves the right to evict any persons on the premises at any time without refund due to behavior deemed inappropriate.
