Lake Dunlap is a beautiful lake located between i-35 and i-10 on the Guadalupe River, come enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the Guadalupe River. All nearby activities such as Schlitterbahn, The Bandit golf course, Tube chute at the Comal, and floating the Guadalupe are available within a short drive.

You will not find yourself feeling cramped at The Tree Top Haus! The home is situated on 2 lots which gives 110 feet of waterfront. It features a large front and back yards, oversized bedrooms, living room, and extremely spacious kitchen. Pots, pans, utensils and coffee maker are all provided. The 80 inch Flat Screen TV in the living room is HUGE! The Master Bedroom is spacious and accommodating with a double vanity bathroom. It even has its own private balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Dunlap on the Guadalupe River.

The home boasts three separate dining areas, one inside the home, one on the upstairs deck, and large farm table that seats 12, is located on the ground level under the house patio. Two kayaks and a paddle board will enable you to explore the tranquil waters.

The area directly under the house provides multiple seating areas, gas grill, BBQ with firebox, dining, a ping pong table and cover parking. A burn pit and a chiminea for evening gatherings are also available. As well as a basketball hoop, So bring your best game.

*** Garage Apartment is Now Available*** If you are needing a bit more space, we have a one bedroom, one bath apartment that can be added to this listing. There are Two separate entrances to the space, with its own staircase and there is also a back entrance which is accessible by the outdoor elevator. This space offers its own kitchen and living space.
*** If your choose to book this as well there would be an additional Administration fee of $200 per night.
