Dogs allowed with approval—no cats permitted.
Pet fee: $25 one-time deposit + $10/night per pet (max 2 dogs).
Penalty for unauthorized pets or unpaid fees: $100.
Dogs must stay off furniture and bedding—$50 fine per item if violated.
Additional $250 fine if pets are found on beds/furniture.
Dogs must wear ID and rabies tags, be leashed, and stay on the property.
No aggressive pets allowed.
Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
