The unit was spacious and clean and worked well for four of us. A few details affected having a “perfect” stay. Our first night there we started hearing construction noise from the business being built out below late at night that continued past 1 am (banging and drilling). The trim on the treads of a small set of interior stairs in the unit kept coming loose and needed frequent replacement to avoid it being a tripping hazard. It was very warm in the unit (but chilly outside) when we arrived. Even though we’ve used this type of heating/cooling unit in the past with no issues, we couldn’t figure out how to get them to work without errors and finally gave up, turned them off and openned and closed windows as needed. The last issue was no wash cloths were provided and only one hand towel per two people. We did reach out when we discovered there were no trash bags provided (taking out the trash in them is required at check out), and we received them very quickly, so we likely could have had some of the issues we had resolved during our stay, but if felt easier to just work around them.
