”It was overall a good experience! The room was clean and orderly but the only issue my girlfriend and I ran into was some bugs that were in the jacuzzi tub. These bugs were present in the jets as they only appeared after we had started to fill it up. We were only staying for a night so it only slightly disturbed our stay.”

”Property is well maintained and beautiful to look at with all the wood. Nice choices for restaurants. Room was very clean. Room service breakfast was convenient and good. When we go back we plan to explore the heated pool area. Casino was clean and non-smoking. Plus even though non- smoking facility they do have good designated smoking areas.”

”The jetted tub was everything and I know they wash them because I witnessed it. The balcony overlooking the lake was so relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are only stairs to the second floor and you get an actual key instead of a swipe card. I really just enjoyed the experience.”

”Very nice place and very helpful staff. I kept having issues with my card and they always fixed it right away. Room was nice and spacious, also clean. Slightly strange setup with the sink outside the bathroom, but okay. Bathtub drained slowly, but didn't stay long enough for that to be an issue. Breakfast was also decent.”

”First the hotel was clean our room needed to be more clean so we requested it to be cleaned with new sheets and bedding, the stuff was extra nice when asked for our room to be cleaned again because the cleaning stuff didn’t it do a great job and I did speak to the manager and they took care it of right away, the breakfast was okay not great they ran out of food and only one person was working with the breakfast she did bring out more food tho but not great options tho , would like to see more...

”We were staying with our pet and the room that gave us was smelling awful. It was smelling like mold and the bathroom was smelling urine. Then they changed our room and told us that the dogs would cause the smell in the room. The new room was not smelly but it was not clean. The whole room was dusty, there were drinks from previous guests in the fridge. The floors were stained in the bathroom etc.. I do not understand why they think people who travel with their pet do not deserve sanitary...

”Our stay was good overall. The rooms were a little musty smelling, couldn’t figure out why. Everything was clean though, no other complaints.”

”The carpeting in the room was dirty and had not been vacuumed. The toilet was plugged up in the morning and we had not really used it. We told the staff when we went downstairs for breakfast and was told that they would unclog it after we checked out (checkout time was two hours away.) I told her that was not acceptable and she came up and plunged the toilet. As she was leaving she said she splashed on the toilet seat but don't worry she wiped it off. I told her that she should have lifted...
