”The room smelled bad when we opened the door, the carpet seemed to have ground in dirt, the little refrigerator made a noise so we turned it off, There were only two towels, the bathroom floor was very slippery when wet, wall thermostat would not cause the wall unit to produce heat in the morning , there was only one poorly marked handicapped parking space to be found”
