”Would definitely stay here again, clean hotel, hotel was beautiful and area was super nice, Downfall. We called prior to booking to ask for tractor trailer parking and I clarified 2x while on the phone for a BIG RIG they confirmed. When we got there, there was no parking for it. We had to park in the road which wasn’t ideal at all. Other than that hotel was great.”

”The hotel was overbooked. The manager said they would refund part of the room cost since I didn’t get the room I paid for and never did. There was a private event scheduled on Friday night that took over the entire lobby and courtyard with drunk people and my 17 year old and I were unable to enjoy the historic atmosphere. I tried speaking to the front desk the next morning and they had no interest in our poor visit. It’s was an incredibly expensive stay for little benefit other than sleeping.”

”Cute bnb style. It’s an old house as most bnbs are which makes it fantastic. Heavy doors. Clawfoot tub and residence was very relaxing. Would absolutely come back! It’s nice that things were available to eat in the morning!”

”Check in was great Mark tried really hard to get us a room where we wanted it. Room was clean ac worked good, shower was hot, bed comfortable, shampoo and body wash lathered really well. Having a double sink was also nice . There was no noise from the interstate. Hot breakfast and coffee was great. There where things to do for entertan disc golf, volleyball, corn hole, pool, hot tub that we did not use. Would definitely stay there again.”

”Felt expensive for what it was, many miscellaneous area/tourism taxes included outside what was listed on Expedia. Okay though, breakfast was clutch.”

”Stayed for one night. Room was clan and comfortable. There was two pools, one indoor pool and one outside in the middle of the llodge area. There also was a dry sauna. Breakfast was ok, cofffee and toasts, some yogurt and muffins. ”

”It was comfy, clean, and a great location less than a mile from downtown. Beautiful view. However the noise from the floor above us was annoying, but it could just have been the couple ip there. Foot stomping.”

”The pool is probably the best part. It kept my kids entertained for hours because of the slide. BUT... for us adults, the first day, there were signs up that the hottub was out of order. They fixed whatever the problem was, but forgot to skim the top of the water leaving bristles in the hot tub. The food in the morning is mediocre. ”Was disappointed with this property. The town and surrounding area was interesting and a great walk. Positive - the room was clean, despite its tiny size (ok by us). The historical furniture and architecture was fascinating. The staff was friendly. The bedding was clean and very comfortable. The quiche for breakfast was excellent. Sorry I have to write negatives. Historic does not have to mean worn dawn. You drive up native the clock, but then you also notice a dirty bin for cigarettes,...
