”The WORST hotel stay I have ever, ever had. I will warn everyone to never stay here. Charged wrong and had to wait almost two hours after check in to get our room… then got locked out and had to prove MY identity because they charged my credit card for someone else.”

”Hotel was poorly maintained, the room I booked was supposed to be a king with a jetted tub. Didn’t receive it. Went to see what happened they couldn’t give me an answer.. The whole reason I booked a hotel was the jetted tub and to get a nice hot shower after my water being frozen. PLUS IT BEING VALENTINES DAY. So I go up to take a shower, no hot water whatsoever… I was beyond tired and exhausted. Woke up to get some breakfast.. Go down and there wasn’t hardly any options. No juice. The waffle...

”Hotel was worth what we paid, approx $100/night. Breakfast was good and the pool area was clean. The sheets in our room had sticky stuff on them, possibly gum. Not sure if they were washed. Overall good stay, average hotel. It's also located close to shopping and restaurants which is convenient.”

Went up to the room, all was well until 730 am when people and children were slamming doors, yelling in the hallway, running up and down the hall screaming...at 730 am on a SUNDAY. This went on for an hour when we finally gave up trying to sleep and went downstairs for breakfast. Then checked out...again NO ONE at the...

”Stained and dirty toilet, room smells of smoke, urine all over uncleaned tiles, too many bugs and hair all over unswept flooring. Could not get out fast enough This poor place must self review and in no way deserves the rating they have.”
