”Clean”

”DO NOT BOOK. Business hours listed online did not match those in person. The location is chronically understaffed — we waited hours for someone to even check the front desk. Calls to all three posted support phone numbers were unanswered. The lady who finally came tried to take pictures of our credit card instead of using the clearly functional card reader. This is the cheapest option for a reason, even then what they charge is too much for what they (don’t) provide. We had to book another hotel...

”I thought the hotel had a pool and free hot breakfast it does not . And the ice machine needs to be cleaned other than that and an issue with the TV they resolved and the heat being difficult it was a nice location . But I need at least one of those amenities if not both when staying more than 2 days .”

”The room wasn’t very clean, was dusty, hair in the closet and the bathroom floor, the body wash dispenser was empty. We did reservation for 4 person we just had 3 towels and when I asked for extra one they didn’t have no more towels. The kitchen cabinets they didn’t clean it for weeks was so stinky inside. Over all we end leaving one night early.”

”My mom and I stayed here for two nights while we were in the area for the Brimfield Flea Market, and we had a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, and Heather is a great host. Both breakfasts were very nice. This is a great little bnb where we felt welcome and relaxed. We will definitely return the next time we go to the flea market!”
