”Great stay except for very expensive valet parking- $75 Very clean. However, Sheets and pillows had a musty smell. Felt they we’re dried very well”

”Overall, it was a pleasant stay! We stayed for 7 days. Breakfast and the evening hot food were generally well stocked and delicious. There were only 3 days out of 7 when the evening food was shut down prematurely or poorly stocked. Learning about the M Club breakfast system was confusing the first day, but the next day, a different M Club hostess/waitress actually helped us through it. Room was very clean and comfortable. They don't give out tiny bottles of certain toiletries, instead they...

”The Marriott Newton is very close to the T, so we were able to take public transportation into Boston every day of our visit. We had a river-view room, with a pretty good view as it was directly below. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, but both the ‘cooked for us’ and buffet options were tasty and plentiful. The honeydew melon was surprisingly ripe, and the strawberry/blueberry/blackberry combo was perfect. Our room was very clean and the housekeeping staff obviously works very hard. ”

”Marriott was a wonderful spot for our stay in Newport! Central to all the activities - restaurants and bars — shopping etc. Across from the ballpark was fun!! Took in a Gulls game too. Amenities were wonderful - new outside area next to indoor salt water pool was perfect. ”

”Very clean and modern room, albeit for 2 persons it would be on the smaller side. A corner window with light-blocking curtains, very good bed. In the bathroom there was a shower, surprisingly also equipped with a handheld shower (which is uncommon in USA but as a Finn I always miss that).”
