”Very nice, clean facility with friendly staff. We visited in late October, so we had the place to ourselves. Beaches are walkable, the area is safe and mostly residential. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great quality for a good price. Note: The Town of Yarmouth is working on a huge water project around the hotel. This could be disturbing to some visitors. Check with the desk for updates. :)”

”Our stay at the Edgewater was quiet, peaceful and absolutely beautiful. We had never treated ourselves to a beachfront room, and this was a great place to do it for the first time. Simply beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room had a very comfortable bed from which we could see the waves at the beach. And everything about the room was neat and clean. We will definitely return.”

”The parking spot for our room was terrible. The spot is on the corner and there is very limited space to turn the corner and clear the parked car. Plus everyone seems to be staring at the ocean as they turn the tight corner. Someone's car scratched my car while it was parked there. Quiet hours make sense because you can hear normal conversation in the next room through the walls. However, the view is beautiful and the beachfront location is very nice. ”

"Hotelli oli mukava, siisti ja sijainti Faneuil Hallin lähellä oli oikein hyvä. Olin kuitenkin pettynyt siihen, että huoneessa oli vain pieni ikkuna ja sekin johonkin kuiluun. Huone oli pimeä ja oli vaikea sanoa, että oliko päivä vai yö. Hotellissa oli paljon huoneita, joiden ikkunat olivat sisäaulaan, mutta tämän huoneen "näkymät" oli seinä ja vähän naapurihuoneen ikkunaa."
