”Loved the whole experience. Staff were amazing. Food amazing. We had two days there which we felt were needed. Spread the unique tours over 2 days instead of cramming and had time to drive round the main zoo. Expensive but worth every penny and not expensive considering inclusions and service. Thoroughly recommend. Note no wifi in lodges but there is in main guest house. A bit of a walk from car if you have a lot of luggage, not that convenient (we are older people)”

”Stayed in one of the villa rooms - spacious, modern and comfortable. Great service all around, accommodation-wise I have no conplaints. Restaurant was so-and-so, would recommend eating elsewhere.”

”We had such a beautiful stay here and have already recommended it to everyone we know. The spa/pool was a dream and everything was so peaceful. The restaurant was delicious aswell. The only 2 baby flaws I had was that there was some rubbish by the spa on our first day and it was still there the following morning (it had just blown down a bit). It was only like a wrapper or something plastic but rubbish in general grosses me out. The other was that the big outdoor fireplace wasn’t put on and we...

”It was a beautiful retreat indeed, we truely enjoyed our stay and the team were responsive and welcoming. We had a small issue during our stay and they resolved it promptly, we were very impressed with the outcome. If you are a coffee lover, there is a cafe catering your morning craves :) we saw many hot air balloons on the sky from our balcony, can’t get better than this! Highly recommended to everyone, we are planning for our next visit already with friends and family. ”

”Nice spacious bedroom and lounge room with great view over the valley. Good quality kitchenette. Bathroom was a bit odd -toilet seat didn’t fit properly and the water for the shower was the wrong way round. Loved the location as we had things to do at Bimbadgen -500m walk.”

”Stayed at the Hermitage Lodge with 2 Adults and 2 Children. The stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Perfect for a recharge. Parking available right outside the unit and the continental breakfast was fair. Overall, a great stay and would come back again when I return to Hunter Valley. Do try the Italian restaurant onsite too, the food there was delicious.”
