”Everything was clean and neat. Just as expected. What a nice little house in a quiet rural area. Seems like very close access to the Katy trail. We had three kids and five adults but with all the beds, basement space and foldout couches, it could have easily slept 13. More if you bring an air mattress. This was perfect for our overnight stay for a family wedding. The host was very responsive to all my pestering messages. ”

”We had a great time in the town of Hermann and our stay was very nice. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are clean and large as well. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Living room furniture was quite comfortable. We had no complaints about the place! The only thing I didn’t love was the requirement to either purchase insurance (60) for our two night stay or give a 1500 deposit with return of money up to the host’s discretion. ”

”Everything was good only a few things I'd suggest, the shower in the main bathroom could use a nonslip pad, my sister almost slipped and fell. Tv and fireplace remotes need new batteries and a side table on both sides of the beds would be great. It's a lovely house, thank you for leaving breakfast and coffee and water and orange juice. That was very nice! The house is so convenient to everything!! Love that.”
