”Room was spotless and very nice but shade was broken and wouldn't close so the room was hard to sleep in with the city lights. They offer d to fix it but didn't want someone coming to the room before bed. Amazing location for a show at chubb and wandering the city. Breakfast was pretty terrible- cold eggs, and basically continental. Was hoping for more from a hotel like this. ”

”From the moment we checked in the staff was helpful and friendly. We ended up leaving an electronic device in our room and I immediately got a cal from the hotel manager, as the housekeeping staff had promptly brought it down when they were cleaning our room after our stay. I would highly recommend this location!”

”Room and bathroom were great; bed / pillows so comfortable; love the robes. Breakfast had just the right amount of variety / selections. Elevator was not working but we were ok with stairs. It had been not working in our December visit either. ”

”We went for pool and hot tub. They did not disappoint. The pools a bit small but no one else was there so it was perfect. Just wish there was a changing room for it.”

”Overall, it was good. The front desk staff were very friendly at check-in, and the room was clean. The towels were especially the best. The breakfast is also good. If I get the chance, I think I'll go again next time. ”
