”I enjoyed my stay in New Harmony. The town is quiet and quaint, and a nice place to relax. The staff at the New Harmony Inn was friendly and helpful. My room and the hotel building itself where I stayed were a little old and a little bit in disrepair. But it was also clean and quiet. Overall, my stay was a very pleasant experience.”

”I booked an accessible room online, due to being in a wheelchair. I have a service dog and was required to put a refundable deposit for bringing him, and since he is not a pet, I believe that is illegal, firstly. I got back the deposit, but they put me in a nonaccessible room because of my service dog. I was unable to use the restroom in the room and was required to use the lobby restroom. They gave me no reason for changing the room until after I checked out, which was that the handicap...

”This place was horrible. There was trash everywhere. The property was falling apart. It was unclean, unkept and unsafe. I was in the area for work. I booked a room for a week. I lasted one night. The people in the rooms next to me yelled all night. I was up all night looking out off the window because I thought someone was gonna steal my car. The room was non smoking but it smelled like smoke. This was the worst stay of my life. This is a crack motel. Please do not stay at this motel.”

”The breakfast was pitiful and not what was advertised. The bathroom ceiling had spots of throughout. Lamps and picture frames were broken. Dead bugs were scattered around the perimeter of the room. Spider webs covered the corners of the room.”

”The location was great. Well lit parking lot. Loved the room darkening shade. Comfy beds and fluffy pillows. Enjoyed a warm breakfast. Definitely would recommend.”

”Everything was superb. Breakfast was plentiful, always fresh coffee for an early 5am riser like me. Location was perfect for our weekend event at the Ford center. This hotel was totally booked for the weekend and the staff was top notch. Only a small issue was the room refrigerator was cool, not cold and without a freezer section. No room microwave but the lobby microwave was accessible. This Hyatt is still a “10” in my opinion!! Fabulous job!!”

”Bring your own sleeping bag and pillow and soap and shampoo. When you want to check out, call the place to wake up the guy in charge to check you out. I don’t recommended it all pay another 10 bucks for something real.”

”Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat the breakfast. I added cheese to my scrambled eggs and the cheese was spoiled. ”

”Rented 2 rooms. Problems: No linens for sleeper sofa. No supplies in kitchenette. Smelled stale. Other room’s toilet didn’t flush without fixing something inside top each time. Didn’t figure out this was a problem til early evening and had unpacked so didn’t want to move. Apparently, they couldn’t “fix it”.”

”The room had left over coke bottles from the previous guest. The bed was made and the bathroom had fresh towels and that was it. I have been staying at this facility for the last 4yrs and last year was bad, but this year was the worst. I will not be staying there anymore.”
