”No breakfast lobby had guest drinking playing cards from 2:00 PM to Midnight Guest were loud and hallway smelled like weed”

”The hotel accused us over the phone saying that someone called and report weed smells in the hallway, when i went and spoke with the front desk and asked her to check the room before i left so that i could get deposit back she stated “i already confirmed it wasnt you all” and continued to talk about how she wasn’t accusing us with 2 kids of smoking in the rooms. Then proceeded to check us out and confirmed that i would get my deposit when i asked multiple times to go check the room before i left...

”This supposed to be hotel is terrible it should be an uncleaned unsafe motel. I would recommend no one to ever book this hotel is wouldn't even let my dog stay here. And it has a no refunded policy so that when you book and you see those misleading photos on their website and Expedia website you will think that ita very nice until you arrive a see where you will be staying and say to yourself no I will not stay here and ask for your refund back they get to keep your money as they has done to me...

There were obvious illegal activities going on throughout the entire night, sketchy people just hanging out in vehicles in the parking lot, ultimately this is not a place you want to stay the whole city is disgusting and very very uncomfortable. I only stayed 2 nights and between those two nights I might have gotten 5hrs of sleep due to the fact I felt the need to constantly check to make sure my vehicle was not being messed...

”The hotel is very clean with comfortable beds. The food is great. The staff were very friendly. With me being a travel agent I would have given this hotel 10 out of10 but the walls are very thin that you can hear the people talking in the other room. I didn’t get a good night sleep because I heard the traffic all night on the highway. The hotel is right off the highway. The traffic is very heavy and noisy in the mornings. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you. ”

”This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We asked to switch rooms because I found hair, debris and a mini flashlight in the bed upon arrival. When we switched rooms we were moved to a room with huge black stains on the carpet, food in the fridge and a delightful smell of smoke and urine. The elevator was broken so we took the stairs and no one cleaned up the vomit in the stairwell for over 24hrs. We also found pills on the floor, and one in the bed (in the new room). I understand that...
