”The staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose this property because it was the only traditional hotel within walking distance of an event we were attending (Franklin Blues and BBQ Festival) so the rates were probably higher than normal. Our biggest complaint was the free hot breakfast. All 3 mornings were the same. Tasteless sausage patties and scrambled eggs. A handful of high carb offerings. Weak coffee and rock hard butter. The problem with Franklin is there are no restaurants "downtown"...

”A poor excuse for a hotel. The shower and the bathroom sink didn’t work well, the shower curtain was filthy, and the bath towel was the size of a hand towel. There was only one available outlet in the room, and one of the inputs was too loose to hold a plug. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and almost impossible to lock, and the curtain barely reached across the window/door. The staff was practically nonexistent. There were not enough towels, no coffee maker, and the “breakfast”...

”The landscaping was beautiful and colorful. The parking lot was well maintained. Our room was very clean and comfortable.”

”One of our lamps did not work. They said we can see if we can find another one. They never followed through with it. Fridge did not work. There was food left in it and it was dirty. Laundry was broke. There were NO SMOKING signs posted but plenty of smoking going on! It was gross and smelly!!! Staff were not very friendly or helpful”

”We were very comfortable at the Inn. I would recommend it for a quiet, restful stay.”

”The hotel and staff were friendly. My only complaint is the lumpy mattress and what they pillows. The mattress was so uncomfortable I actually considered sleeping on the floor. The pillows were flat and made out of I don't know what I literally balled them up to sleep on them. I traveled with 3 other family members and they all said the same thing about their rooms.”

”Positive: Reasonably priced. Parking was fine. The window in the back opened. Spectrum or Armstrong cable was fine. They provided single use soap. Dual access to the room; from both inside the motel hallway and an outside door. Staff very pleasant and tried to help with WiFi, but ended up not solving the issue. There was plenty of hot water. The bathroom and room were clean. Not so positive: The WiFi did not reach my room, so I had virtually no internet access. I had to go to the lobby to access...
