”Customer service was extremely poor. Rashheda was fabulous getting me in early, but that’s it. The amenities were terrible.. one pack of coffee, one sugar and one creamer and that’s all you get in your room. Are you kidding me? You turn on the heater or the air conditioner it’s so loud that you have to turn it off or you can’t hear the TV… no outlets in the bathroom when you’re getting ready to go somewhere. ”The hotel was actually built on farmland formerly belonging to a family member. (Small patch of adjacent land still has cows ;-) The area has plenty of amenities and the hotel is clean and comfortable with lovely staff. Wild to see the transformation from rural to suburban. Great safe stop between Waterbury and Hartford. Easy on and off the interstate.”

”I wish the restaurant were open 7 days a week. I think it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our room was clean, just needing a little updating. We've been staying at Wyndham for 16 years and have seen a decline. The food is excellent. Overall, I do recommend it. ”

”Everything in the hotel is amazing from room to staff to pool area breakfast was amazing and the lady that was there on 04/07/2026 around 9am serving the breakfast putting it out she was so helpful and very friendly the fact also that the hotel had Coffee,Tea, Hot Chocolate, for free all day all night was absolutely Amazing!!! Love that also and of course the free breakfast and all the options they give for you to pick and the organization is amazing has well overall I will recommend and will...
