Suolaisen veden Melody Executive Beach House

Tervetuloa Saltwater Melody Executive Beach Houseen. Prinssi Edwardin saaren uusin toimeenpaneva rantatalo sijaitsee saaren sydämessä New Londonissa. Olemme vain muutaman minuutin päässä kauniista Cavendishista ja kaikesta, mitä PEI tarjoaa. upeat rannat, maailmanluokan golf, hienot ruokailu- ja kulinaariset seikkailut, elävä musiikki, perheen nähtävyydet, polut, vesiurheilu ja kaikki Anne.

Tämän Executive Beach -talon rakentaminen valmistui keväällä 2017. 1900 neliöjalkaa kaksikerroksinen koti tarjoaa panoraamanäkymät veteen ja tilavat majoitukset lomallesi. Lähes jokaisessa talon huoneessa on poikkeuksellinen näkymä lahdelle. Rantatalo sijaitsee yhden hehtaarin erällä, jossa vanhoja puita ja kauniisti maisemoitu nurmikko. Tilavilla istuimilla varustettu ulkotiloalue on täydellinen paikka olla kesäiltoina. Rantatalossa on ympäröivä veranta, joka on täysin varustettu Weber-bbq: llä, patio-pöytä ja runsaasti tuoleja rentoutumiseen ja näkymien nauttimiseen. Yläkerran kansi, makuuhuoneen ulkopuolella, on täydellinen paikka rentoutua ja nauttia upeista PEI-auringonlaskuista veden yli tai nousta aikaisin aamulla nähdäksesi kalastusveneet etäältä.

Tässä upouudessa talossa on avoin konsepti gourmet-keittiö, joka näyttää olohuoneen ja ruokailutilan ohi veteen. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset täyden ruokalajin illalliseen, clambake- tai cookout-aikaan. Se on täydellinen viihdyttävä! Upea parkettilattia on asennettu koko taloon ja kodikkaisiin iltoihin kuuluu kaasutakka.

Suolaisen veden melodialla on kolme makuuhuonetta ja seitsemän ihmistä. Vaikuttavassa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, kaksi isoa vaatekaappia, oma kylpyhuone, oma takkatila ja oma parveke, josta on poikkeuksellinen näkymä. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja iso vaatekaappi. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on yksi queen-vuode (mahdollisuus tehdä king) suurella komerolla. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on upea näköala veteen.

Tässä tyylikkäästi suunnitellussa kodissa on kolme kylpyhuonetta. Kylpyhuoneessa on suuri kylpyamme ja kaakeloitu suihku, ja isossa kylpyhuoneessa on mukautettu suihkukaappi. Alakerrassa on myös jauhehuone ja erillinen pesutupa, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Pese hiekka ja suola mukautetussa ulkosuihkussa iltapäivän jälkeen rannalla.

Kodin ympärillä olevia rauhallisia vesiä suosii huviveneitä, kalastusveneitä, kanootteja ja kajakkeja. Kiinteistömme edessä on osterivuokraus, joten jos näet ystävällisiä kalastajiemme, heilauta heidät alas ja voit ostaa osterit tuoreena veneestä! Suuntaa alas rantaan rakentaaksesi hiekkalinnun, nauttia iltaisesta kävelystä auringon laskiessa, rakentaa nuotion tai vain rentoutua. Kiinteistön edessä on rantaranta, jossa voit kävellä melko kaukana ja nähdä punaisen hiekkakiven kallioita, kuoria ja monia lintuja, kun vuorovesi on ulkona. Laskuveden aikana voit kaivaa myös joitain simpukoita PEI-klipsiä varten. Vietä jonkin aikaa rantakampauksia simpukoille, merilasille ja ainutlaatuisille kiville tai vain hukkaa itseäsi tässä rauhallisessa paikassa. Paljon nähtävää ja tekemistä täällä!

Great house, great vacation

The house is perfect for a week’s getaway. We had four adults and two young children. The pack and play was set up for our arrival which was really appreciated. Very well stocked house with everything you need. Easy check-in process and great communication. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

A Gem in New London PEI

I would highly recommend this accommodation for any family gathering or large group. The whole house has excellent views of the water in a great breeze. Loved using the porches and the master balcony was a plus. Jennifer is an outstanding host and extremely responsive. I would love to go again! As an additional treat, Jen was able to recommend better beaches for us, and to get us a local chef to cook us a meal at the home. This is a vacation. We will never forget whether our adult children.

Immaculate Open Concept

Great wrap around porch and gleaming floors. Ample towels and comfortable beds. I know it said ocean views though I thought from the pictures it was closer and more walkable. Don’t be discouraged though. The potato producers nearby was fun to watch and having the washer/dryer was a wonderful help. No soap pods or softener. Gorgeous beach across the bay with a lighthouse called New London. Deep beach. The best part of the rental was the owner Jen. It was raining cats and dogs when we left our other rental and she graciously let us arrive four hours early.

Amazing family vacation

Our family was blown away by the beauty, peace and tranquility of this home and location. The cleanliness of the home and welcome gifts instantly made us feel at home. Our children, ages 4 and 6, loved the large yard where they could freely play and explore and watching for bald eagles, osprey, and great blue herons. We were able to go explore the area with most of our destinations within a 15 minute drive (beaches, the national park for hiking and to ride our bicycles, many Anne of Green Gables/Lucy Maud Montgomery sites, Shining Waters family park, etc). We also spent a day driving to Charlottetown (approx 40 min drive) and walked through Victoria Park which has a beautiful boardwalk and a great playground and splash pad at one end. Even while doing many things during our week, we still found it to be very relaxing and all wanted to stay longer. Jenn was a wonderful host, was quick to respond, incredibly kind and generous, and provided great recommendations. Thank you, Jenn! We cannot wait to come back!

First trip to PEI

This was our first trip to PEI and Jenn’s house was the perfect home base for my family of four and in-laws. The house was on the most peaceful spot right by the water. It was stocked with everything we needed and was the perfect size for the 6 of us. It was a great central location to take day trips as well. And we highly recommend attending one of the nightly ceilidh’s down the street. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect PEI Beach House Getaway

We highly recommend this scenic cottage by the bay! It's a beautiful place and well-stocked with amenities. The host, Jenn, has done a fantastic job of setting it all up, which you get a sense of as soon as you walk in the door and are greeted with a generous welcome package of gifts. The place is extremely clean and stocked with supplies. We encountered one house maintenance issue during our stay but the host was quick to resolve it and smooth the whole thing over very professionally and thoughtfully. The view and grounds are expansive and beautiful, and we especially liked that there were beach towels and chairs to use for our many coastal outings during our week-long stay, as well as a firepit we could use to roast marshmallows in the evening. Location is perfect to explore PEI and the Parks Canada pass is another generous treat by Jenn for beach days and trail walks. Altogether we had a wonderful time and would definitely come again.

Lovely Family Vacation

From the moment we arrived, we knew it was going to be a fabulous place to have a family vacation. The wrap around deck provided excellent views and seating for outside dining and relaxing. Idyllic vacation

The house was just as it appeared in the photos. It was very comfortable. When it wasn’t hot having the windows open provided a fabulous breeze. Jenn arranged for a portacrib and high chair for us. And when she wasn’t sure about the crib she got us a back up! That was so nice. Jenn was very easily reached and responded quickly to queries. This is just the sort of place you can book confidently. We had a lovely time!

First time for our family in PEI was made very special by Jennifer our host and the Saltwater Melody property. A short drive from the beaches at Cavendish and Thunder Cove, to oysters from Malpeque and the unbelievably good lobster rolls, boat rides from North Rustico. The "guest book" chronicles the good times had by all guests to the house. 5 stars! Would return in an instant!

Our New Happy Place

There isn't much to say that hasn't already been praised about Saltwater Melody. The house is the perfect idea of a vacation home. And maybe its that Jen distracts you upon arrival with delicious goodies from PEI but there really isn't thing bad to say about the property. Our family had never been to PEI and this is really going to be hard to top. We didn't get to enjoy as much of the outside of the house because there was rain a couple of our days but there was plenty of room to spread out but still be around family. The location was perfect for day-trips to Charlottetown. Cavendish was very close by and had plenty of shops and places to eat. We really hated to leave this little piece of heaven! Thanks for letting it be ours if only for a few days.

Saltwater Haven

Jenn was an amazing hostess. Our stay at Saltwater Melody was a wonderfully relaxing retreat away from home. The location was central to all of our Anne of Green Gables itinerary, so each day we would go explore, and come home in the evenings to relax on the amazing front porch. The location is down a red dirt road, with beautiful wildflower fields and views of the water. Jenn had legos, boardgames, Anne of green gables books, yard Ames, a fire pit, really anything you could possibly want. We would return in a heartbeat!

Home Away From Home

The Melody Beach House was the ideal landing spot for our stay on the island. When we arrived, Jen, kindly had offerings of welcome gifts - soap, cookies and beverages. So unexpected, and yet, so thoughtful. The house is close proximity to several attractions on the island - Thunder Cove and Cavendish Beach, Burlington Go-Karts, Sand Spit, Shining Waters, Island Hill Farms and it’s a short drive to Charlottetown (approx. 40 mins). It is also close to great eats and treats. If you’re a foodie, you must try the Slaymaker and Blue Mussel Cafe. They are a “you must eat here” 👌. In those quiet not so touristy days we combed the beach, sat by the fire , played board games and enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda watching the sunrise over the ocean while reading a book. It’s like home away from home. The Melody house does NOT disappoint. My only disappointment is that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you for opening up your home, Jen. We look forward to a return visit next summer. Coincidentally, another Melody 😉

Another perfect stay in paradise!

This was our 4th stay on PEI and at Saltwater Melody and it was as magical as always. The house is so pristine and so comfortable. Jennifer is the most amazing host and thinks of every detail, down to making sure there was a delicious raspberry cordial and cinnamon bun for each of our kids. The worst part of the stay is having to leave and we’re already counting down the days till next summer!

We’ve just left and already want to go back!

The house was wonderfully appointed and furnished. We had everything we needed. A very peaceful property on a quiet road with a lovely view. The beds were so very comfortable and the breeze on the covered porch was just perfect for sitting out with a book. A short drive away from anything you could need or want to discover, the location was ideal. The owner was fantastic and very communicative. Amazing place - 6 stars!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Property was amazing. Pictures were the same as property. Great yard - close to everything. Family had an amazing time. Definitely would rebook. Communication was excellent too! The best experience!

Beautiful location, great adventures.

We chose to visit PEI to visit its beautiful coastline and bicycle it's trails. Jenn was a great host who provided us with info about places to go and restaurants to visit. Every day we explored a different area and enjoyed the beauty that surrounded us. Added bonuses were the lupines that were in bloom right on the property, sunrises, and sunsets. This was a great central location that I highly recommend.
