Waterfront Summer Home - 4 makuuhuonetta Stanleyn sillassa

Tämä kaunis ranta talo on hiljattain rakennettu koti - päättynyt kesäkuussa 2017.  Tilava 2200 neliömetrin asuintilaa on upeat merinäkymät ja auringonlaskunäkymät yksityisessä yhteisössä, nimeltä����n The Hebrides. Ruostumattomasta ter��ksest�� valmistetut laitteet, täysikokoinen pyykki, hiljainen hiljainen Bosch-astianpesukone ja kauniita moderneja kalusteita ovat ja kauniita uusia huonekaluja on matkalla.  Skyeview Beach House sijaitsee PEI: n upean Green Gables Shore -aukion sydämessä ja vain muutaman minuutin pä��ssä Stanley-sillalta, Cavendishilta, New Glasgow'ta ja noin 20 minuutissa Kensingtoniin.

T��mä kaunis, tilava 4 makuuhuoneen ranta-asunto nukkuu 8. On 2 makuuhuonetta p��ätasolla sek�� kylpyhuone, jossa on täysikokoinen suihkukaappi. Ylemmässä kerroksessa on 2 makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuone, jossa on amme / suihku. Ylemmäll������ tasolla on myös avoin oleskelualue, joka johtaa yksityiseen auringonlaskun kantaan ja on yhdistetty upeaan mezzaniiniin, josta on näkymät suurelle huoneelle, josta on upeat n���kymät 2 kerroksen seinän seinään, lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat veteen päin. Niin kaunis ja rauhallinen.

Emme ole unohtaneet nykyaikaisia mukavuuksia - 3 taulutelevisiota, satelliitti-tv: tä ja WIFI-laitetta pitävät kaikki viihdyttäv��t ja yhdistyvät, kun et ole poissa ja tutustu kauniiseen saarellemme.

Kotien mukavuuden lisäksi lapsille on tarjolla paljon tilaa pelata, turvallisesti ajaa polkupyöriä yhteisössä, tutkia rantaviivaa ja paistettua vaahtokarkkeja takatulen takapihalla. Suuri kannella pääsee olohuoneesta ja kahdesta makuuhuoneesta. Paljon tilaa ulkona ruokailuun ja mukava lounging katsellen ulos merelle. Tai hypätä autoon päivän ajan kuuluisalla Cavendish-rannalla (puistopassi) vain 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

Hebrides-yhteisö sisältää myös paljon hienoja mukavuuksia, joita keskimääräinen PEI-mökki ei tarjoa. Sinulla on p��äsy yhteis��keskukseen, jossa on lämmitetty uima-allas, tenniskenttiä, shuffle-kortti, mini-putt ja biljardipöydät. On myös lyhyt par 3, 9-reikäinen golfkenttä. Paljon loistavia aktiviteetteja niille hiljaisille p�����iville, jotka ovat lähellä kotia ja jotka ovat saatavilla vain Hebridien yhteis��ssä sijaitseviin mökkeihin.

Cavendishin, Stanleyn sillan ja North Rusticon paikallisyhteisöillä on kaikki mitä tarvitset uskomattomaan lomaan. Teemapuistot, vesipuisto ja paljon muita lapsiystävällisiä aktiviteetteja, rantoja, ravintoloita, syvänmeren kalastusta, tuoreita merenel��viä, ostosmahdollisuuksia, päivittäistavaroita, apteekkia ja viinakauppaa ovat 5 - 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Summersiden kaupunki on 30 minuutin ajomatkan p����ässä ja Charlottetownin pääkaupunki on 40 minuuttia.

Ryhmän golfin pelaajille Skyeview Beach House on täydellinen paikka, jossa p������äset helposti moniin erinomaisiin kursseihin. Green Gables Golf Club, Glasgow Hills, Eagles Glenn, Anderson Creek ja Rustico Golf Club ovat kaikki 5 - 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Aja 40 minuuttia tai vähemmän ja voit myös pelata Belvedereä, Stanhopea, Fox Meadowsia ja Summerside Golf Clubia. Lopulta PEI: n kuuluisin golfkenttä, The Links at Crowbush Cove on hieman yli tunnin ajomatkan p��ässä.

Our stay

A beautiful home, and an incredibly beautiful Province, with lots of activities available to travellers even after the summer season. We would have appreciated notice of the “Boil Water Advisory” prior to our arrival, which remained in effect during our stay. Access to the community centre and its activities was advertised, but was closed for the season.

Spacious and clean.

The property was in a excellent location. The cottage is very spacious and very clean. The air conditioning was a welcome convience. The community pool was not operational and the rec center was in a total state of disrepair. The children were very disappointed. As a stand alone unit I would give it 5 stars. The pool and rec center should be left out of the listing to avoid disappointing children.

A wonderful family vacation spot

Traveled with my hubby and four kids ages 12-18 and immensely enjoyed our time at the Beach house. We did not use the kayaks but did very much enjoy the fire pit. The wifi was not great, but I hear a new system is going on this week, so don’t let that dissuade you. Everything was perfect, but the bedrooms are not air conditioned, so if you are driving, bring a fan. It was only an issue bc we happened to be there during a heat wave. We will be back! Thanks Dean, for everything

Beautiful location. Very well equipped

Amazing location and view. Great kayaks...just dont get stranded at low tide (yes it does get that low). Could have been cleaner esp. the kitchen and the outside deck, siding and windows. Doesn't look like anyone has cleaned them in quite a while. Oh and ps don't rent if you are afraid of spiders the place is full of them. All in all the pluses outweighed the minuses and we would rent again simply for the view. The place also has everything you could need...you can be confident in packing light.

Wonderful Cottage!!

This cottage was a great site. Scenic, quiet and centrally located. Everything is 15 or 30 drive away. Clean, well appointed (dishes, cooking utensils, spices and even a mixer r in the kitchen!), all linens r available. Will be back again. Highly recommend.

Great stay !

Our family had a great time. The cottage is bright and clean, and was fully equipped with what we needed for our stay. The access to a small beach is great for a paddleboard or a kayak. Definitely recommend !

Perfect Waterside Setting

The cottage and the view were stunningly beautiful and Dean was incredibly attentive to our needs. The downside was that the neighborhood amenities such as the clubhouse and pool had very limited access and the tennis courts were not maintained at all. The putting tees looked lovey but we didn’t have a chance to use them. Overall we really enjoyed pur stay.

Liked the property

Enjoyed our stay. Property is like new and modern. Location is good - close to the water but without big ocean waves due to bay location - good for kids. Liked the decoration and style. Appreciated simple tasteful decorative style, quality of linens and pillows, etc. Kids had beach toys supplied, beach towels. We used billiard table a few times in community building. The pool was closed - opens after June 21st. Campfire set up is a nice added benefit. Plenty of dishes, wine glasses, etc etc. On a hot day some flies on porch but next day were gone. Overall 5/5 and I would come back.

The house was very nice. As other reviewers said needs a bit more furniture & the flies were an annoyance (composting in the kitchen???). Also needs a good shar knife. But overall a lovely setting and a comfortable clean house

Great place, great sunsets!

We had a great week at Skyeview. We traveled with my parents and our two toddlers. Overall, a great place and pretty good location, but there was limited furniture in the house. It sleeps 8, but comfortably seats 4. There is this cool loft area that is completely empty with zero furniture - kind of bizarre. Would have made for a great place for our folks to sit and watch Tv at night. Sitting In the main area with only a 3 seater couch and one chair also made it tough to hang it in the evenings. There were also a lot of flies in the house and we never had the doors open - we were constantly swatting. Likely because of the strict composting rules on the island but it was quite a shift for us to be constantly killing flies. They also need more towels in the unit. Otherwise it was a great spot. The view was priceless and great at Night to sit out with a glass of wine. The beach isn't really swimable, especially with kids - but the field was amazing to run around in. Our kids loved it!! And if you're traveling with a toddler and need a pack n play, they have one. I wish we had known this and had one less thing to worry about on our trip! Overall, I'd recommend this spot, but not with 8 people - Max 4 or 5.

Wonderful property. Beautiful views

The house is a beautiful, clean home. We had 8 people stay with us and we could have used a few more living chairs in the living room, a love seat or extra couch would have a been awesome. The kitchen is fantastic. Great home, and great company to deal with. Dean Smith answered my questions when i asked. Would recommend this company. The garbage system was a little difficult to get on to lol.

A gorgeous waterfront cottage, inside and out. Beds were comfortable and this cottage had better than most amenities, including cable tv, premium appliances and designer features. Owner/manager was quick to respond to the single issue that we had. The Hebrides clubhouse was a nice bonus. We loved this little community so much, we tried to buy a lot in the community (it was already sold).

Amazing vacation in a fabulous location!!

The house was amazing with two story windows facing the bay. The view and location is incredible. Close to everything with a big yard for outdoor activities and close to the gorgeous beaches. We didn't even go to the clubhouse or pool once with so much to do. Would love to come back again!

A beautiful piece of paradise

The property had the most beautiful view in the morning and evening and it is just as stunning inside. The kitchen was not as well organized as I am use to but that is minor. The only major negative was the windows were not square thus some could not lock and whistled, and needed to be open (and it was slightly chilly) Also the code to the clubhouse didn't work any time we tried to go over to the pool which was very annoying. All that being said... I would go back without hesitation
