”Property is average. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff were friendly. Elevator was sketchy and inspection form in Elevator was dated 2024!!??”

”Room was okay for the price and pretty clean. The cleaning staff came EVERY DAY during our 3 night stay which was great. When you got 3 little kids, you go through toilet paper and towels fast! Everything was very convenient. It was also pretty quiet considering the number of small children staying at the Inn. Would totally stay again.”

”Food was not good. Went to front desk to ask question and young man was asleep at the desk. On check in they wanted a $50 deposit even tho room had been paid for. Not a fan of this policy. On check out said it could take up to a week to show as a credit on my card.”

”I brought my nephew on a trip and we stayed here and we both loved it! Super large room, with a balcony and fireplace and fridge and all the things we could need. The breakfast had great options and we ate it several mornings. The staff was so kind every day. Would definitely stay here again next time!”

”The room was clean, the beds were great, the breakfast was really good. The elevators broke down not long after our check in. We were staying for 3 days. Staff informed us the maintenance person was on vacation and wouldn't be back for 5 days. One would think Holiday Inn Express would have some sort of back up plan. Most businesses would call a vendor or something in a situation like this rather than post a note on the elevator door for 5 days. Those stairs to the 4th floor got old real quick...

”Has the potential to be a 5 star resort but has some work to do. My wife and I stayed 4 nights. The room was fine, breakfast was OK but was not close to the pictures in your advertising. Pool areas are nice but needs more supervision of children. Need to restrict plunge pool and hot tub to adults(18 and over). We are not drinkers and took a small 10" cooler to the pool with ice and two plastic bottle soft drinks to the pool and were told it wasn't allowed and needed to be removed. At the same...
