”The property was very nice although the reviews did not state that there is a telephone pole and wires in front of the view. We had everything we needed except a grill brush and pillow cases but the pillow cases were found later.One of the reviewers said the master bed was hard and that was very true. We slept on the guest bed which was comfortable. Had we been with another couple, there would have been some complaining!”

”We visited Cloudcroft about 10 years ago, but didn’t get to stay. We always said we’d like to come back and spend some time. ”This home was quiet, comfortable, very clean, and super close to town. We had everything we needed during our stay; the house was well-stocked. Our only issue was with the main bedroom bed. The foam topper sank in the middle after only a few minutes of laying on it, and we woke up to roll back to the sides of the bed several times during the night. Other than this, we had a great stay!”

”I was at fault for misreading my email that check in was at 4pm. The cleaning crew came in right after my miscommunative call.. we toured the area giving the crew full time to clean for us. When we returned to unpack, we discovered some of our sheets and cases were not replaced, we noticed due to the saliva and booger residue left on a couple pullow cases. We cleaned every surface when we returned due to the hair and dust left on the coffee pot.”

”CLEANEST MOST WELL CARED FOR HOTEL I HAVE STAYED AT IN A LONG Time!!!! I travel for work at least a couple times a month so I see a lot of hotels - this one is in the middle of nowhere but well worth the stay. Bed was comfortable and shower with tub was perfect after a hike in the parks. Will be sure to visit again when the pool is open.”
