”I have had the misfortune of staying in many hotels, but this easily takes the title of the absolute worst. The only reason this place isn't getting zero stars is the location, but even that comes with a massive "buyer beware" warning.
The Mobility Nightmare:
While the hotel is close to the beach, "close" means navigating a relentless series of steep stairs. This theme continues inside; there are stairs to get everywhere. This building is a complete no-go if you have any mobility issues or...

”We had fallen in love with Artist Residence in Brighton so we wanted to stay in this fab hotel in Penzance, too. We stayed in the newest add to the hotel rooms, the cottage. Wow!
