Bad experience
We first went to the wrong door because we didn’t expect to be staying in a house where the outside had grass and weeds waist high, vines from the ground growing up onto the porch When we got to the house next door we tried the code which would never work because it was the wrong house picked up the phone and called the number on reservation which the renter refused to pick up and speak only willing to text. A roach from the outside shrub attached to my pants which I had to exit the house to get it off. Once entered the house we were tripping in the hallway because there is a hole in the floor that if any of the kids had fallen it would have been a next story so we had to purchase tags to temporarily fill the hole in the ground. Next if you use the toilet they won’t flush one of the toilet after 5 minutes it would refill and you can flush again but that was totally unacceptable, including when washing hands brushing teeth the water took forever to drain. In the kitchen we opened a drawer and could not close it back therefore we left it open, the stove did not work . We departed way ahead of time, towels were left in the washing machine and it was left clean but the house was affordable but totally totally not up to par for any human being to stay in unless it is renovated. And the only response from the renter was apologies at no time did they say we would send someone to look into it or assist!!!
