Spacious, Clean Condo Just Steps from Bourbon Street – Perfect Location!

We had a great stay in a spacious two-bedroom condo just steps from Bourbon Street. The location was unbeatable, with a convenient parking garage close by. The building felt very secure with key fob entry, which gave us peace of mind. Inside, the condo was very clean, nicely furnished, and had high ceilings that gave it an open feel. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout the trip. It was the perfect base for exploring New Orleans.

Amazing City and Amazing Hosts

Fabulous process from beginning to end! The hosts were very responsive and proactive about making our stay easy and consistent with a five-star review. The place was amazing and the check-in check-out process was easy and efficient which accommodated our off-hour flights. Great experience!

This was one of the strangest booking/check in experiences I've had in 15 years using VRBO. The apartment we stayed in was great, the parking was perfect. However, it was quite literally not the place listed on VRBO. I didn't hear from the host until less than 24 hours before check in which caused concern. Since we were on a road trip, we were keeping a loose travel plan so we could stop on a whim. That changed with this check-in because we had to commit to our arrival time to meet Cody outside of the building to gain access. The owners' reason to change from the booked unit seemed plausible on the surface, but given that some other reviewers gave similar feedback, it doesn't all click. We stayed in an apartment in a building that has rules against short term rentals and we were instructed, if asked, to not acknowledge that we were on a VRBO contract. While we had zero problems in the end, it set an uncomfortable tone to start with. Once I sorted how to use the street car system, the distance difference of the location was not a big deal, only a few blocks. As I said - the apartment we stayed in was great (clean, bright, roomy), and since we were road tripping, the parking was an important factor and perfect. But since this review is actually for a different location than the one listed on VRBO, the communication was cutting it uncomfortably close to check-in, and the circumstances of the change was uneasy, I cannot rate it higher.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed out stay in NOLA. Our host was very helpful. They arranged an airport pick up and allowed us a late check out. Our place was very clean and close to the bus and trolley. We would stay here again.

Location!

Overall this place is cute as can be and you just can not beat the location! Be sure to bring your own toiletries bc this place is scarce on such things. The kitchen has very basic things, like a few plates and some coffee mugs. It does have pots and pans. However you don’t spend that much time there! It’s a block from Bourbon Street, so you can walk everywhere. Be prepared for A LOT of noise! I don’t know if it was the case bc of it being Mardi Gras but there was a traffic barrier right behind the apartment and EVERYTIME ( like every 30 seconds) a car drove over it sounded like a sledge hammer was hitting the window!! We did not get any sleep even with the sound machine . The check in process could use a little work. You have to wait until someone comes to the door and lets you into the building. We waited 30 mins.

It was an excellent location if your purpose was going to Bourbon street. It was a bit noisy all through the night but thats to be expected. The hosts answered any of your messages quickly. Not sure what type of guests use the spot but i would recommend a bit more essentials be offered, like soap, hand towels, coffee, toliet paper etc. Other then that place was great.

Beautiful condo in a great location

Wow! We loved this condo. It was right by all the action. Cody is a great host! We were able to walk everywhere from this location and averaged 10 miles a day. We walked to the French Market, WWII museum and the Garden District. While the primary bedroom and living room are subjected to all the street noise, the interior bedroom was super quiet. Make sure you put your light sleepers in the smaller bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Don’t pass this one by

Everything ran very smoothly even though our flight was delayed. It was easy and friendly to chat with the host. The place can’t be beat for location. Yes there is noise in one of the rooms from bourbon street next door but no one needed earplugs except me because I am a light sleeper and did fine. Close to everything you need. Exceptionally clean. And comfortable.. We will most certainly stay here again. Thumbs up !

Nice condo. Was unaware that we would be evicted if the manages office knew we were renting.

The only problem was the management office stooping us from getting in your rooms. They said rentals strictly prohibited and they would evict us if they knew we were renting. We were only given one key fob so we all had to stay close to each other or we had no access to our place.

Pros: great kocation, clean, modern, and plenty of space. We will def stay here again! Easy check in and great communication! Con: if u stay in the br on the street the noise is super loud, be sure to take earplugs or a fan to dampen the noise…

It was ok and then bad.

The property was convenient as stated and you will need ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. It was nicely decorated and spacious so we liked that. However, there wasnt enough toiletries or any trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc. So you will have to buy that. It wasnt as clean as we thought and there were a few things missing like the pullout couch. One night we came home and our door was unlocked and I was sure to lock it so either it's broken or something happened with the lock. After checkout we were called by VRBO about a tv they said was missing and I told them to check the cameras because it sounds fishy. We parked in the garage which was a benefit but parking was also $10 more than they stated and I didnt get a refund.I wouldn't trust staying here or at a property these gentleman rent out again, honestly.

Beautiful apartment in a prime location.

This property is an excellent value for the location. One of the nicest locations I've ever stayed in New Orleans. Location is right in the heart of the French quarter. Only problem being is the noise in the master bedrooms due to the great location but that's to be expected I guess. Book with confidence, you'll love this place.

Quick Weekend Getaway

The property was very clean, the host was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfectly placed in the middle of all the action. One of the rooms is a bit noisier than the other but much to be expected being right off Bourbon street, my white noise maker and some cocktails before bed took care of that problem. I would stay here again when traveling to New Orleans for sure.
