We're so sorry that your visit was anything less than perfect! We do appreciate you letting us know about these issues. Engineering is addressing the issue with the sockets. Just a quick note to say that we are excited that our ownership is investing in a renovation of all guest rooms this summer and we certainly hope you get to return to us and check it out! In the meantime, we are currently working to remove some of the chairs from our guest rooms with stains.

We are sorry you were unhappy with your room at the hotel. I would suggest requesting another building for your next stay. Due to the historic nature of our property, our rooms are different in each building.
