”We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. ”

”Great location to get some peace and quiet. Beautiful foliage and tons of wildlife in the area. This was our first time staying in a tiny home, and the place had everything we needed to cook, clean, and relax while exploring the area.”

”Great place to stay! Communication was great, beds are SUPER comfortable and the separate heating/cooling in each room is nice. The living room doesn't have enough seeing for it to be the hangout spot, so lots of kitchen conversations :) The piano was a fun addition and we had some fun musical moments. I would say the only thing lacking was towels (both kitchen and bathroom, there were only a few) and things like paper towels, scissors, etc. Stuff you don't think to pack but realize later that...

”We had a great time staying here! The house is a gorgeous historic house with modern amenities. It was a short drive to Kingston which was super convenient. We loved that we could bring our dog with us as well. It is on a main road, but we didn't find that to be a disturbance at all. I would definitely come back here again!!”

”Great new and clean property! Very close to downtown, supermarket, and a short drive to Hunter Mountain & Kaaterskill falls. ”

”Property is gorgeous, comfortable, and in nature. There were deer on the front lawn and we even saw beers passing by behind. Amazing! We were there through some bad weather and the house was cosy and warm - and prepped for our comfort on arrival which made all the difference.We spent a day hiking in Minnewaska Nature Park which was beautiful and just down the road.”

”Communication was very good. For the most part, we had an enjoyable stay. There were a couple of deficiencies during our five nights. We were unable to regulate the temperature in the kitchen/living room area, even though we set the thermostat to 80. The temperature never warmed up and it felt quite chilly but we managed. On Wednesday, December 31, 2025, the smoke detector in the second bedroom where I was sleeping sounded at 5:50 AM. I contacted the property manager, who got back to me a little...

”Cozy cottage on a busy road. Nice backyard for the dogs, and access to a beautiful property across the road with fields they could run in. Frank is a very responsive and thoughtful host. We were very comfortable in the main floor bedroom suite. ”

”We were in the area for a bridal shower at the Robibero Winery. The house was lovely and very clean. We had a little lack of communication on the check in info. But contacted the manager and it was handle right away. ”
