A lil snarky when we checked out early (late afternoon not staying the 2nd night) even though I was not asking or expecting a refund One safety concern I had: our room door did not close behind us. At all. Stayed wide open. My husband was unpacking the car while me and the baby played on the bed. I had no idea our room door was wide open....

”When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. ”Our stay at this hotel was from Friday, Mar 20 to Sunday, Mar 22---two overnights. We would have rated the hotel higher except for an incident causing considerable inconvenience. Upon arrival late Friday afternoon we noticed two signs, one was a folding sign, the other was permanently affixed near the elevator door, announcing Saturday Brunch between 9am and 2pm in the Rooftop Grill. Considering this, we invited in-town guests to join us for breakfast the next morning, Saturday. We met them...

”The staff when we checked in greeted our dog and gave her a treat. The continental breakfast was great. Area was clean. The beds were super comfortable. We all slept great!!!!”

”Parking felt safe and easy. You can only turn left out of the parking lot, but many shops and restaurants are close by. Staff was very friendly. My room was pleasant and clean. I was unable to enjoy their breakfast due to an early flight time. Shampoo, conditioner, bar soaps, and facial cleansing wipes were available. ”

”The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel welcomed my dog for no additional fee. It was pretty quiet so she wasn't too on edge which helped. There's not a fenced area for them to run free a bit which would be a nice addition but not a deal breaker. No breakfast but right next door to McD's. My only complaint was there was a VERY strong marijuana smell in the hallway which was fun to explain to my kids. It could still be smelled in our room but only slightly. We'd still stay...

”There were several maintenance issues when we stayed there 3/26/2026. The next morning, there was nothing to drink at breakfast and no yogurt--only some fried potatoes and scrambled eggs in addition to standard continental offerings (without milk). They were short-handed on staff, too, although the one we saw did the best he could. ”
