Checking in was easy, staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was nice to have a balcony this time, the campus is always well kept and inviting with varying places to sit, fire pits and patio lighting was cozy, breakfast is served nice an early, a lot of variety, the pool was nice, stays available late I do go for a swim at 10pm, encounters with staff we’re all friendly and kind. I would like to thank the staff member unsure of her name but she remembered me and that had I tried to extend my stay Friday into Saturday but there were no rooms available which also goes to show you how nice the hotel is that it is always booked up, but she found my cell number and called me while I had already checked out and was shopping locally there was a room that came available I didn’t take the reservation because the rate was more for the one night then I had spent for the previous nights again not anything she could have done but I thank you for going above and beyond!!
