”As soon as we walked in could smell the cleanliness of the place. Beautiful decor. Comfortable sofa and great having sky. Loved listening to the waves and close to amenities. So easy to relax and put your feet up. Love the track to the beach and beautiful sunsets”

”Definitely our go-to place to stay in New Plymouth! Quiet, modern, cosy, and well stocked with everything you need when staying away from home. It’s about 10 minutes drive from central New Plymouth so you’ll need a car, but the drive itself is pretty direct and easy to navigate. Thanks for being so accommodating for our last minute stay!”

”Great place which would benefit from some upgrades such as blinds - which either don’t work or do not block out sun and need a workable fry pan - it had no handle. Other non stick pans had pcb coating and should be tossed.”

”The property was stunning ( better than the photos) and very centrally located. The rooms beautifully appointed and accommodated 12 people/ 4 families very comfortably. The kitchen well equipped with cutlery, platters, crockery…imp with a large group. Lots of space, great outdoor area to catch the autumn sun. Having a BBQ was great, albeit a small one for a large group. From booking to communication to access/ entry to the calibre of accomodation… spot on. A very minor point… which did not mar...

”Spacious, modern accommodation. Good quality linen and towels. The harbour and marina provide ever changing interesting views. The street is nice and quiet and feels safe. Catch and Co on the marina provide excellent fish and chips. We had a great time and the weather was perfect.”

”We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery and listen to the sounds of the surf and birds. Seth, Nuala and David all made a point of stopping by to see how we were settling in and it was lovely to read the history behind the creation of the villas. Cannot recommend this place enough - would still be there if we could ☺️”

”We where very delayed with the check in because our flight was cancelled. The property manager that day was super helpful and quick in responding, big credit to her. The only critique we had is that the bedroom facing towards the street let's all the traffic and road noises in. Plus, the pillows where very uncomfortable.”
