”+ The place was clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were nice. Coffee bar service in the lobby was helpful.
- The decor needs some updating. The rooms feel a bit dark. Would recommend cardboard plates for breakfast if the budget does not allow for real plates and utencils. Plastic (styrofoam) plates are not eco friendly and just gives a cheap feel. Fruits and vegetables for the breakfast menu would be appreciated. ”

”I called the hotel before I drove there in evening and was told I did not have a booking. I had to check in to a different hotel. Wyndham Southbury charged my card as if I had stayed there and has not yet refunded me!!”

”Ok beautiful hotel but somewhat strange. You are not close to town yet there is no bar area or restaurant in the whole place? Exceptional decorated lobby and many areas to get together but without food/bar just not used by anyone in when we were there. You felt like you were in a quiet spa not a hotel. They do serve an excellent breakfast though.”

”The property and room were clean. The two staff members I interacted with were courteous. So, in staying there you're only provided with two little bars of soap, which is fine for a quick stay, but if you're there any longer bring your own, though I'd think they'd provide more. There is only a microwave at the front desk and in the room is only a little fridge. Overall, was a good 2 night stay.”
