”This place was perfect! I loved the location>beautiful garden to sit in, coffee and snacks available in lobby 24/7. Interior design was beautiful. There was not a TV in our room but we just watched Netflix on our laptop. A perfect short stay.”

”We stayed in the “Sail Away” room, it was fantastic. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you so much!”

”Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!”

”Our ground floor unit had views of the ocean, short walk onto the beach. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great space for my husband and I. Would definitely stay again.”

”No toiletries in bathroom, used coffee cups in room. Beach sand on beds, broken toothpick in bed, dirty wash rag still in bathtub, had to ask desk for extra towels and wash rags. No one from housekeeping came by to restock anything until the evening before we checked out, parking for hotel was advertised $23.00 dollars a night but I was charged $25.00. This place was a huge disappointment. The only thing positive to mention was the view from the room. ”

”The hotel was ok for its price. Old and worn, but neat and clean. The only minus, because smoking was prohibited in the hotel yard area, you had to go to the road to smoke.”

”The room was clean and in a wonderful spot. Clean and easy access. I will be booking here again.”

”The room was honestly disgusting. There was bugs inside of the cup glasses. The silverware looked as if they had never been washed and just thrown into the things. The bathroom was disgusting. The floors were dirty. couldn’t even walk on it without shoes. I was highly disappointed. The sofa looked as if it was 100 years old with mildew stains I do not recommend this property at all”

”I wish I could upload the pictures I took. The furniture was stained and gross. The place smelled of mold. What was really upsetting was the pictures online were beautiful. Once I walked in the kitchen was a dump. The bathroom was gross. I immediately tried to speak with somebody. I was only able to text. They did offer me another suite. I immediately declined. I just wanted to go home. I wish I could have gotten my money back. It is what it is. I know the place was super cheap for the weekend....
