Build family memories at this exclusive 3 bedroom condo's across from the beach in New Smyrna Beach Florida . The club house and pool are directly outside your front door. Imagine a short walk to the beach then swimming relaxing in the pool and spa. Garden tub and large shower in the master bath and beautifully appointed bedrooms with ample closet space. Resort style living with amenities including gated community, two clubhouses.

LaFerias Beachfront Properties is a local, family-owned business dedicated to making every beach getaway smooth and enjoyable. Our team is available seven days a week to answer questions, address any issues, and provide guidance to help guests make the most of their stay. Whether it’s recommendations for local attractions, help with the condo, or quick resolution of any concerns, we’re here to ensure a stress-free and memorable vacation.

This property is located in the heart of the famous New Smyrna Beach Florida directly across from the beach. The area has multiple restaurants, pubs, gift shops and more. If you enjoy lunch or dinner with a view of water and maybe watching some Dolphin looking for a meal, then this is the place for you.
You will be only 25 minutes from Daytona Beach, 75-80 minutes from Disney World or 30 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and 70 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.

You will have a code to enter through the indoor parking garage with one space available in the garage and a second parking pass for the outdoor parking area directly in front of your building. The door to the unit has an electronic keypad smart lock for convenient self check-in.

This updated unit offers newer appliances in a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom, with an in-room master bathroom, offers a king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms offer a queen-size bed. Cozy and comfortable furniture and decor throughout with space for the whole family. A porch with a balcony off of the main living space boasts gorgeous views of Florida nature with an outdoor dining table big enough for the whole family. Did I mention the indoor dining table seats eight people for your memorable family meals should you decide to eat in.

Most places you can get around by car, motorcycle, bicycle, golf cart or maybe you will choose to call for an Uber ride.

This is a large condominium complex called Oceanwalk Condominiums in New Smyrna Beach, a popular destination for hundreds of families each year wanting to enjoy a vacation at the beach.
The beach is accessible by a short walk across the road with a private entrance owned by the Oceanwalk condo complex.

The place was very acceptable. There was confusion in getting into the gate but I think it may have been because we went to a second gate and needed a different access code. Mark was available and patient while the group of us tried to figure it out. The place had everything we needed and right across the street from the beach so that was so lovable on the mornings to walk to the beach!
