Nauti upeista ja esteettömistä merinäköaloista tästä tilavasta loma-asunnosta. Tässä merenrantahotellissa käytössäsi on jaettu ylisuuri uima-allas- ja lapsi-allasalue sekä yksityinen p��äsy rannalle. Siellä on kalustettu parveke cocktaileille merinäköalalla, ja yhteisön rehevä maisemointi luo täydellisen rantaparatiisin.

Mikä on lähellä:
Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee aivan rannalla, muutaman minuutin päässä ruokakaupoista, golfkentistä, putiikkeista ja monista ravintoloista. 27. avenuen puisto on vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä ja tarjoaa leikkipaikan, piknik-alueita, mailapallo- ja koripallokenttiä. Tuntuisitko jooga- tai pilates-tunnilta? Nautilus By The Sea on kadun toisella puolella kun tarvitset harjoittelua.

** HUOMIO ** Tämän rakennuksen rakentaminen: Marraskuusta joulukuun puoliväliin 2019 varautuvien vieraiden on oltava tietoisia siitä, että ulkoseinien rakennuksia rakennetaan useissa yksiköissä tämän rakennuksen takaosan valtameren puolelle näinä hitaampana vuodenaikoina. Tänä aikana rakennuksen ympäristöstä tulee melua kello 7.00–7.00.

Pysäköintihuomautukset: Tapahtumassa, vaikkakin on numeroituja paikkoja, ei ole osoitettu pysäköintipaikkoja paitsi 4. heinäkuuta. Tänä aikana on osoitettu pysäköinti ja vain yksi auto per huoneisto.

I felt the condo was absolutely adorable.Perfect for 1 to 4 people. They have beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards in a storage closet for your use. Internet worked great. I never turned a TV on so I can’t vouch for those, but they looked like they would be fine. Good size swimming pool with plenty of chairs. Private stairs for beach access to a part of the beach that does not allow cars!

Disappointed

Be careful when dealing with the host of this property, which is a Vascasa property. Although it looked nice and clean, our feet became black when walking on the floors. Additionally, the shower stall leaked after every shower, which was never resolved. Their communication is abysmal, and no one seems to know anything. The worst thing was that we received a notice that the beach access from the property was not available, which is why we chose this property. When I was finally able to reach the “host”, prior to the last date we could receive our deposit back and choose a property that did still have access. The host didn’t know(!), and said he would contact the local manager,. He contacted us back and said it would be fine and we were sent a gate access code. When we arrived, the access was not accessible, the gate could not be used, as the 10 foot drop to the beach had no stairs. We were told we could use the public beach access which was a half mile walk on the main rd. When we complained the response was, well you have beach access. I don’t appreciate the dishonesty of this company Vascasa.

Great view!

Awesome oceanfront

If you want to look out the window or sit on the balcony and see & hear the beautiful ocean, this is the perfect place to be! The sunrises are spectacular, too! It's a quick and convenient walk down to the pool area and great beach access. The unit is very clean and updated. Nice layout and new furnishings. I would have preferred a mattress with more support. Overall, great time and will certainly consider a return visit in the future!

Great Place/Problems with VACASA

This updated condo was absolutely beautiful with a wonderful ocean breeze. It is extremely spacious and I would stay there again if I did not have to deal with VACASA. Due to the hurricane, there was not any beach access within a 10-minute walk. Everything in the unit worked well until the last 2 days. Not only did VACASA cancel this reservation and try to put us in a condo located across the road from the beach, but when we reported the 2 problems that arose, they never called back.

Beautiful Location, Run Down Condo

The Castle Reef is a fine complex with an excellent location, great beach access, and very nice pool. Our particular unit looked like an abused motel on the shores of Myrtle Beach. The unit was not mopped prior to our arrival, the ceilings were black from dust from the AC unit, the ceiling fans were warped downward and rusted, one AC vent had an anti-bacterial wipe stuffed into it, one electric socket was falling out of the wall, and one closet door was broken off it's track. Chipped doors, no trim in the bedroom with chipped paint, and a dated kitchen. I reported the broken door to the property management company (Vacasa) but received no reply. I have pictures to back up all of these claims. We actually had a wonderful week at the beach. The location is excellent, the beach was clean and not crowded, and the pool area was a lot of fun. Someone needs to invest some money into this unit to get it up to 21st century standards.

Awesome location for a trip!

Loved the condo - clean and comfortable. Property manager was quick to answer any questions we had. Great location! Short walk from condo to beach. Beautiful view and loved hearing the ocean. Great area - lots of shops and restaurants around. Would definitely go back!

All about location

The location of this property really makes it what it is. The view is fantastic and it's located on the non-driving part of the beach. The pool is right next to the beach which our kids really loved, and the beach was clean and pretty quiet. The condo could have used some more essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, etc and we were only given two dishwasher pods for 3 a day stay. Not a huge deal but we had to buy some of those items to last through our visit. The condo could use some updating as others have mentioned, but it's a beach property so you're not really there to enjoy the condo in the end. Overall, we loved the location and the size of the unit was just right for our small family!

Relaxing Weekend

The unit was perfect for our weekend stay. It was well appointed, clean and the oceanfront location can't be outdone on NSB. It was easy to overlook the few things that need some love (cracked entry mirror tiles, the late 70's kitchen & bath and the storage closet could use a proper door). We visited the Canaveral National Seashore which is a gem - just be sure to go early as parking is very limited. We had a very comfortable stay.
