Errol-by-the-Sea #316 – A Fantastic Winter Home!

Be in paradise and enjoy winter in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This beautifully furnished condo offers a tasteful, comfortable home-away-from-home. Located on the 3rd level, unit 316 offers views of the pool and ocean. Sit back and relax from the private ocean-view balcony and watch the gorgeous sunrises, beautiful grounds, two pools, and the non-drive beach.

The ocean-view living room featuring a large sectional sofa, 2 reclining chairs, a sofa, 66" flat-screen TV, and sliders to the ocean-view balcony. The full kitchen features everything you'll need to prepare meals for friends and family to the open dining area featuring seating for eight.

The spacious master suite features a king-size bed, 42" flat-screen TV, and a private master bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed, and full/single bunk bed. The 2nd full bath, which can be accessed via the hallway or 2nd bedroom, features a walk-in shower.

With all the comforts of home this lovely condo features cable TV, WiFi, W/D, and linens.

The Errol-by-the-Sea Condominium is a 5-story complex with 130 condominium units featuring 1 bedroom, 2 bath condominiums, and 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominiums. All units surround a plush, tropical courtyard and face the white sandy beach. The oceanfront, paved pool deck features 2 saltwater pools, 1 with a splash deck (south pool) for small children and 1 is heated seasonally(north pool) with a windscreen placed during the winter months, 2 poolside bathrooms, and plenty of tables and lounge chairs to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine. Errol-by-the-Sea features a lighted tennis/pickleball court and 2 sets of shuffleboard courts: 2 oceanfront courts and 2 by the tennis courts. Additional laundry facilities are located onsite on the 2nd and 4th floors. Winter guests love the collegial social programs which consists of various activities such as shuffleboard, tennis, golf, bicycling, bingo, bridge, card games, exercise classes, football parties, crafts, and more! Seasonal activities are planned and are held in the large indoor gathering area featuring a full kitchen and restrooms. Errol-by-the-Sea is only minutes from the charm of New Smyrna Beach. One-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques can be found within a short drive or bike ride on 3rd Avenue, Flagler Avenue, and Historic Canal Street. For those looking to enjoy the water, New Smyrna Beach offers all types of water sports to enjoy. New Smyrna Beach is home to some of the best saltwater and freshwater fishing in the area. Since New Smyrna Beach is located on a barrier island the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon make it an angler's dream come true. Fishing charters are available and local captains are sure to put you on the fish.

Paddleboard and kayak rentals and tours are also available through several local vendors. They will provide those visiting the area with a first-hand look at the local wildlife such as manatees, dolphins, and pelicans!

Great view, great place

We had a great month in this lovely condo. The condo is furnished very beautifully and comfortably. The grounds and pool are well taken care of. We met many friendly people at the pool. Enjoyed our time in NSB at Errol of the Sea and hope to return in 2026.
