Stay in the center of the action in completely renovated studio with 2 new queen beds. There is a mini fridge, microwave, and keurig coffee maker. Small table with 2 stools in the unit. Beach chairs and beach towels are available for your use. High speed internet and cable provided on 55’ smart flat screen tv. Free on-site parking in front of complex. Steps to pool and ocean.
This unit can be combined with Unit 103, (VRBO 3034064)1 bedroom and bath with full kitchen. Sofa is a queen sofa bed. Both units sleep 4 guests, or 8 total. Please contact host if you need additional space. Walking distance to Chase’s on beach; Izzy’s Ice Cream and Tacos across the street, along with 7-Eleven. Manny’s Pizza is walking distance. Kids can go to 27th Avenue park, which is one street away. On-site amenities include barbecue, heated pool. And direct ocean access. Larger space at VRBO 3501337 if needed. Coastal Waters are separately owned condo units.

Not a fan of rain shower head. Can’t shower and keep hair dry but gorgeous new shower. Had to make coffee on the floor as power strips don’t reach top of fridge. Suggest one moved to table. Clean bathroom floor a bit better. Would stay again however.

A Great Little Beach Condo!

My husband and I finally found a few days to take a quick trip to the beach and were so excited to find this cute place! It was nicely decorated, had a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig, which was all we needed during our stay. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. Bonnie was awesome to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

We came down from Flagler county to celebrate our anniversary. The room was a little small but had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The view was tremendous. I would stay again. The only suggestion i would have would be to get room darkening curtains as the sun blasts in there in the morning. Otherwise everything was great

Cozy little spot on he ocean.

Comfortable place. Enjoyed the Wi-Fi TV. Shower head sprays onto bathroom floor if turned up too high. Needs repair or replacement. Run dehumidifier line to drain. Had to empty frequently. Otherwise 5 stars! Thank you!

Hidden Gem in NSB

Just what i was looking for. Small but yet covers all of your needs. I would stay here again. Decorated nicely, clean, good communication with the owner, easy parking, a perfect spot for a quick trip. Long weekend type thing. Will stay again. Pool area is wonderful and easy beach access. No kitchen, but has mini fridge, micro, nice bath and two beds. Thanks will stay again.

Cute small place

Cute room, a little smaller than a hotel room. Tight space but has a small front porch area and opens to the pool area which feels very open with a great view. The only downside (besides it being very small—ok if it’s a short stay, but longer I would get a larger place) is it has a dehumidifier in the room you have to make sure to empty when full and keep running or the room will begin to smell due to moisture. Once we emptied and cleaned the reservoir, the smell dissipated. It’s ground floor so you can hear those above you walking but that is expected. Renovations are nice! Rain shower and cool beach colors. The beds were comfortable. It was clean. The owner was so gracious and worked with us through a rough spot…I so greatly appreciate it! I would stay on this property again because she was so great and the location is superb! She responded promptly each time (it was a lot!) This is an adjoining unit so with the other side, this would be perfect for a large party.

Small Spaces

This unit is really small inside, but has an enclosed patio area right on the pool deck, and the property is right on the beach. And since we basically only slept and showered in the room, it wasn't so bad for 2 nights. Comfortable beds and the rain shower was nice too. I'd stay again!

The good and the bad...

The unit is cute, with a nice bed and a good location. However, it smelled like marijuana upon check-in. We reported it and cleared the smell. Our biggest challenge was not having beach access during our stay because our gate key was missing. The condo complex doesn't have private parking, so you must compete with the public to find a spot. We had to walk around the building during storms, even when going to the beach our entire stay. We were promised a key, and it never happened. I hate complaining, but my husband kept waiting for the maid to deliver a key during Father’s Day to no avail. It made me sad.
