Before you walk into the condo, take in the gorgeous ocean view from the front door. This condo has one of the most convenient locations in the complex as it resides near the beach crosswalk. It's only a 5-minute walk from the sand! As you enter the getaway, you'll be greeted with a bright interior filled with teal accents.

Start your tour in the updated kitchen. This space has white cabinetry and appliances, subway tile backsplash, and marbled countertops. Although you'll be drawn to the kitchen for its aesthetic, you'll find it equipped with essentials. Cookware, dinnerware, a drip/Keurig coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, blender, and more are provided. Bring a few bottles of your favorite wine and keep them in the kitchen's wine rack! When you're ready to eat, you can either snack at the breakfast bar for two or dine at the table for four.

When you're not tanning by the pool or walking on the beach, you'll love relaxing in the living area. This room holds a queen sleeper sofa, recliner, and armchair. Your family can gather in the evenings for your favorite movies on the 56" Smart TV equipped with cable and streaming service apps.

If you prefer outdoor adventure onto the third-floor balcony. This space is furnished with a dining set and loungers so everyone can kick back. Thanks to the balcony screen, you'll be able to enjoy evenings outdoors. The balcony looks onto the complex grounds and tennis courts.

When you're ready for bed, say your goodnights and retire to the primary bedroom. Guests are provided with a king bed, Smart TV, recliner, and private balcony access. Your nighttime routine will be elevated thanks to the adjoining bathroom that boasts of a jacuzzi bathtub, shower, and his-and-hers vanities.

Two others can claim the second bedroom as their own. This bedroom provides a queen bed, TV, and chair. There's a nearby bathroom with a standard bathtub and a moveable showerhead.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is cable, streaming service apps, WiFi, a DVD player, a drip/Keurig coffee maker, and a washer/dryer.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish.
