The space
Full access to the private 1-bedroom 1-bath condo + guest room. Master bedroom with king bed and a second room private flex space with a single twin bed. Spacious living room also hosts a comfortable pull-out queen sofa with ultra-plush memory foam mattress for an additional guest.
Watch the sunrise as the waves roll in from your private balcony looking out over the no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach.

Amenities include keyless entry, drip coffee maker for the brew of your choice, icemaker, a fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom, high speed internet throughout with plenty of charging stations, and smart TVs in both the living room and master bedroom to catch your favourite show or Netflix series. Don’t bother bringing beach supplies either. We have you covered with sand toys, boogie board, beach chairs, a sun umbrella, & cooler.

Guest access
Hacienda del Sol 1 is on the car-free section of New Smyrna Beach. Guests have use of the clubhouse, pools, shuffleboard courts, grills and direct access to the beach! Unit 402 has key-free access by personalized code, beach items for use, access to laundry room and all the amenities of home! Enjoy your stay!

Other things to note
Upon arriving, please stop in at the front desk to obtain your parking pass(es) and wristband(s) to access the community amenities.

Please DO NOT park in the "reserved spaces" in front of the building. Your vehicle will be towed. These are for full time residents only.

Located in the clubhouse you will find the access code for the Private Beach Access. The code changes weekly.

Please access our in-unit balcony using the sliding glass door on the right-hand side of the door. Please keep the sliding glass door on the left (facing the balcony) closed and locked.

Please note quiet hours start at 10 pm.
There is a laundry facility on site, however, not inside the unit. There is a trash chute on each floor. We provide basic starter supplies of paper goods, trash bags etc. General groceries located at nearby Dollar General across the street or Publix nearby. Linens provided including sheets, 4 beach towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths.
