Very quiet and convenient. Cute place! We rented a golf cart and it came with a beach pass. Only recommendation is to add some eye appeal to the back yard. I didn't want to sit back there because all you see is fence. Needs some plants and eye appeal?

Great Stay

My family loved the location of this condo. Close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. We also were close to walking trails that we could enjoy with our dog. The Condo was perfect for a family beach getaway. Thanks to the host for being so easy to work with.

Very nice townhome!

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Short drive to many great restaurants in town. Super comfortable beds. Unit had everything we needed. Our dogs loved the private fenced in backyard. Would definitely stay here again!

Grandchild visit

This was the best place. The Townhouse was perfect. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog, the neighborhood was great for dog walks, TV reception was great, kitchen was well stocked, great response from owner, close to beach and grocery, just all around fantastic. On our top of the list for places we have stayed. Thank you.

Everything from beginning to end was Perfect. The place even had a Large Tv in the Den with internet TV so we could watch Youtubetv with our account. A tv in each bedroom as well. Cannot say enough of how much we enjoyed the place

Wonderful Yellow Townhouse

Great communication and prompt response from the very kind and friendly owner in addressing need for items like hair dryer, hangers, mop etc. TV streaming and wifi very reliable and enjoyable. Larger bed very comfortable. Excellent shower pressure. Terrific location. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to beach. Nice private courtyard. Handy parking. Unit size is good. All tile floors, while slippery, are great for easy maintenance. A/C works well. Washer, dryer and appliances in good working order. We really loved our time here and would happily stay again! A few suggestions; The house downstairs is very dark, we had to borrow 5 lamps from nearby family in order to read and do crafts (older eyes!!) Livingroom furniture is a bit worn and not very comfortable. Smaller bedroom mattress and bed pillows stained — as pillows and mattress covers are pretty inexpensive it would be a nice touch if they were replaced for every new renter. Kitchen sink is very stained. If you really love to cook think about bringing your own frying pans and baking sheets etc. Not enough outdoor seating. We bought 4 folding chairs. One of the existing outdoor chairs has a cracked seat and isn’t safe to sit on. Outdoor table in bad shape.

Cozy and Convenient

We were in between homes and needed a temporary stay. The home was cozy and convenient and had a cute little yard for the dogs. The master bed was very comfortable. Everything is close by. We would come again!!

Two story Townhouse

The home is in a quiet neighborhood, with a Lagoon close by for walking, and also many walking trails. The weather was really wonderful during the first part of the visit but turned cold in the last with some evening temperatures approaching 30 degrees.
