Welcome to Ocean Condo 103, a beautifully decorated, ground-floor unit with direct oceanfront access and stunning views from almost every room! This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is ideally located next to the pool, providing easy access to both the beach and pool area.
Condo Features:

Spacious living room with breathtaking ocean views, large sectional couch, and a smart TV with Netflix, VCR, and DVD player
Oceanfront master suite with access to the patio, king-size bed, smart TV with Netflix, and a private bath with a walk-in shower
Second bedroom with a queen-size bed, TV, and private bath with a walk-in shower
Third bedroom with two twin beds and access to the third full bath with a tub/shower combo
WiFi, cable TV, full-size washer/dryer, tile flooring throughout, beach items, and all linens provided
Complex Highlights: The Ocean Condominium complex is one of the few in the Bethune Beach area offering weekly rentals. This intimate complex of just 20 units provides spectacular views of the car-free beach to the east and the Indian River Lagoon to the west.

Sweet Ocean Retreat

We loved the condo layout, size, location, and atmosphere. The walkout is fantastic! The building is quiet, the pool cool, the hot tub hot. It's a nice place to stay if you like to be close to stuff but also just far enough away. We enjoyed our stay.

Wedding Week for our Daughter

We stayed here 4 nights for our daughter’s wedding at a nearby venue. We had several family members who rented condos in the area and ours was the best! Communication with the property manager was quick and she was very nice. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable! I hope to stay here again when we come to New Smyrna.

Awsome beach condo

We loved this beach condo. It was the perfect location perfect set up beautifully decorated and everything about. It was great working with sentry management was very easy and they were very responsive. We had a lovely time and plan on going back. We have never had a ground unit before and it turned out perfect for the great view and very nice neighbors with easy access to the pool and the beach.

Great place!

Had to come to town for a funeral and needed a place for my elderly mother and uncle to stay. Very comfortable and loved that it was on the ground floor with 3 beds and baths. Allowed for privacy when needed. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. Made a bad situation much better.

The condo itself is wonderful. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms are great for a family.

We found several curly hairs on the floor of the bathroom near the toilet and sand in the main room which we needed to vacuum. Outside of that, the unit itself is a great find and the price was very competetitve.

DIRTY SOFA

The unit itself is very nice; however, it badly needs some attention. Sofa was so dirty and worn, we covered it with sheets before we sat on it and kept it covered. Sheets on the bed in the main bedroom were stained and dirty; we had to launder them before we went to bed the first night. Dishwasher is falling apart and doesn't clean well; needs to be replaced. Sink drain in one bathroom was clogged. Patio chairs were stained with mildew.

The condo is nicely furnished and is in a great location. However, there are a few items which need attention. There were no screens on the windows or doors. The sliding door screens were laying against a wall on the patio. The HVAC filter was filthy and so musty we bought a new one. There was a broken shelf in the refrigerator which we removed so it wouldn't be further damaged. The wooden deck and steps to the beach had a number of screws and nails protruding from the deck which made walking barefoot on it very hazardous. And lastly, the no-see-um insects made us miserable, especially with no screens. It would be a nice place if the unit was given some more attention.

We love staying in this area of New Smyrna, and this condo was great.

This unit was extremely comfortable - we all felt at home and with a kitchen well stocked with cookware and utensils, we cooked multiple dinners at home. The beach here is quiet and gorgeous - being able to walk right out to the beach was great. We spent afternoons swimming and hunting for shells. Coming in to such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere after a day outdoors was the icing on the cake.

Great condo and location!

Our condo was great and location was also! Had a few issues with hot water in the bathrooms but I think it was because all 3 showers were going at once! The only criticism of the condo was that appliances need to be updated. Hurricane Dorian had reaped havoc a couple of weeks before our arrival and the waves were dangerously high at the steps to the beach! But our condo was great!

Best Family Vacation Ever

We really valued the prompt response from the office when we needed. Tara was fantastic in scheduling and helping make my first trip to Florida a successful one! The unit was fully equipped with beach towels and toys! It's an awesome view, and very private beach area! I was surprised at how clean and organized everything was. The only thing I'd change is having an outdoor fan for the mosquitos! We will definitely visit again hopefully sooner than later!

What a view

Our unit was really nice as advertised maybe better. Clean and well stocked and the view was priceless. You could watch the sun rise from your bed. Tara was great at handling any questions that came up even during the holidays and weekend times. We had a few issues but they could not have been foreseen and were handled well. I would definitely return to this unit.

Great Location but Showing it's Age

We arrived in the evening and immediately found the air conditioner was not working--we also discovered an ant infestation in the kitchen. We were told by management that no repair could be done until the next day--needless to say our first night was not comfortable at all. Ultimately, when the repairman came we saw a filter on the A/C unit that appeared to have never been cleaned or replaced. We spent the next morning and the early part of the afternoon waiting for the repair to be complete so that we could leave the condo and enjoy the beach. That same morning a pest control tech came and removed the ants--no big deal.There was never a suggestion that something would be offered to us to recompense the loss of enjoyment we experienced our first evening and morning we were there. DRAPES: At the back of the unit heavy drapes are hung by flimsy, plastic clips on curtain rods. These drapes must be opened to enjoy the view that is the whole point of this type of rental. Moving the drapes, even just a little bit, would cause the clips, and thus the drapes, to fall off of the curtain rod--this was an enormous inconvenience and discouraged opening or closing the drapes at all and greatly diminished our enjoyment of the view from this oceanfront unit. DOOR HANDLES: the door handles on several doors were visibly loose upon our arrival--we fixed them ourselves to the best of our ability. THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR: the back porch, pool, and beach are accessed through a sliding glass door at the rear of the unit. It is EXTREMELY hard to slide open or closed. I can't emphasize this enough--and this is no exaggeration--it took a considerable amount of strength and the use of one's body weight to get the thing open or closed. Since going to the beach or the pool is the main reason for being there--this issue presented itself numerous times, ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. TILE: a piece of tile literally popped off of the wall in one of the bathrooms. I was told that a renovation had recently been done so my suspicion is that whoever placed the tile did not do so correctly. KEYS: even more so than the A/C, the ants, the drapes, or the door handles, the most annoying thing about staying at this unit was the use of keys to access every part of the facility. We were provided with two types of keys: one for accessing the common areas of the facility, and one for accessing our unit. Doesn't sound too bad, right? Well, if one wants to go to the pool, one must remember to bring their key AND keep track of it. Want to go to the beach? You must bring your key with you to access the boardwalk and to re-enter the facility. Sounds like a small thing but it is incredibly inconvenient and annoying after enjoying keypad access at other facilities for years. The front door to the facility was in various states of damage or disrepair during our stay from what appeared to be damage from irate vacationers trying to get to their condos--my hope is that the owner's association for this place will modernize and provide keypad access to the common areas--it would be an ENORMOUS improvement to the experience. LET'S END ON A GOOD NOTE: Location, location, location. This unit is in Bethune Beach--the "no-drive" portion of New Smyrna Beach. It is ground-floor, and ocean front. It is walking distance to JB's Fish Camp which offers great food, fishing charters, kayak rentals and more. The unit itself, once cooled down properly and ridden of pests is well-appointed and very pretty. With properly functioning window treatments as well as properly functioning and easily accessible doors the fabulous location and views would make this unit worth recommending.

Great condo

We were in NSB using the Ocean Condo #103 in July 2017. It was so nice. The first floor made it perfect to just walk out to the pool and beach. Inside was spacious enough for 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Loved the beach toys in the hall closet. Will be back soon.
