”The check-in was easy and he accommodated our schedule. The room was clean, but very dated. It was simply simple. Motel is Close to the main road and sounded like the windows were open with all the motorcycles and trucks roaring by. We did not sleep well because of the noise. The floor was dirty as my white socks showed. We recognize it’s a value motel. Probably a 4/10. ”

”Nice affordable hotel with many names: Sunrise Inn or Budget Motel but don't let it get in the way. Rooms were fully renovated within 6 months of our arrival so all surfaces were quite new. Staff was nice.
You can hear trains and car traffic inside quite loudly so make sure you have plenty of beer or at least traveling without nagging people.”

”Ocean view from our front porch. Pool overlooked the beach with access to the beach. A pool side restaurant was currently in the works. Parking was not a problem. Just a great place to stay!!”

” We had an issue with 2 staff members entering our room before checkout time. We had posted a “do not disturb” sign and they didn’t respect it. Luckily we were in the room to stop their entry. We never received any explanation, what they were doing there. It would be interesting to know how much customer property gets stolen!!! There was no management present, so we had to send email to the assistant general manager. We never received any reply, so clearly this behavior is accepted by the...

”There was hurricane damages outside, so the pool area didn´t look clean and half of beach area was gone. From airconditon came bad smel. ”

”yes however shower drain really was bad both nights .no patking only for 4 vehicles all test were 20.00 pay to city or park 1 block and cross 4 lanes of heavy traffic vert dangerous. air condictioner dripped water inside room causing slippery conditions on the floor pool was not under retardation it had weeds growing in it 2 ft tall all in all NEVER AGAIN I FE4L XPEDIA SHOULD REFUND IT WAS POOR ”

”This place is so run down, neglected, and outdated that giving it 0 stars feels generous. It's only saving grace was the guy working the front desk during the day. There wasn't a single thing that wasn't in disrepair or straight up not functional both in the room and on the property.
non-functional elevator, stairwells that wouldn't meet modern width and height regulations plus broken
tiles and mostly missing anti-slip traction grips in an area with near constant high humidity, floppy door...
