”Room was dated. Cushion by window was ripped. Blow dryer would only work if you kept the on button pushed in and eventually it started to come off the wall and was hanging by 1 anchor bolt. I deemed it unsafe to use after that. Was not fixed during my 4 day stay. Main electrical outlets did not work and that explained why the clock on the nightstand was unplugged. The previous guest or housekeeping needed it. Breakfast was fine and apparently the lobby just had a remodeled and the rooms...

”Everything was really nice. Location, clean, quiet, easy access. The ice maker was down for day. King size bed was great, probably needs to be flipped or turned. Had a small divet, caused a little cramp in my back. But as long as I could stay out of the divet, it was great.”

”A scant selection of only highly processed carbohydrate, mostly packaged, items were available for breakfast. No tea, herbal or otherwise was available. No protein was available. Only "diet, low sugar" yogurt was available. Sugared cereals only. Tables weren't regularly cleaned after they were used. Highway trucks were easily heard from in the room, which was expected since the hotel is conveniently near the highway. The air conditioner went off and on all night which was also somewhat expected,...

”Musty smell in the room. Felt damp. Staff was friendly and always had a smile on their face.”

”The room was clean but it had the most horrible musty/mildew smell I think was coming from a dirty air conditioner filter we had to smell that all night long. The refrigerator didn’t work and the laundry facilities didn’t work properly. Although the room was clean I would not stay there again because of smell it can be good for a person to breathe that all night.”

”I was on the third floor of this building and it reeked of mold and mildew. I will attach pictures of the room. Everything that was a metal surface had rust on it. I arrived too late to get a new hotel and because I booked on Expedia was not able to cancel. I actually feel there was so much moisture damage that the hotel is unsafe and would cause issues for anyone allergic. This is a place I would never stay in again, and I cannot believe that Comfort Inn would put their name on the property. I...

”Staff was Awesome (everyone). Room was just what I wanted, location was perfect. My wife and I travel a lot visiting grand and great grand kids. This is one of the very best hotels we have stayed at. Breakfast was great. We will be staying at this BW whenever we are in the area. Staff could not have been better. Thank You so much. ”The staff was very rude from the moment I checked in. The room was bare minimum clean but the bathroom was atrocious. I would say if you were desperate to stay somewhere for one night it would be ok but anything past that I definitely wouldn't waste your time or money.”

”The room was falling apart. Floor tile in bathroom was cracked and sunk in. The carpet was stained and gross, so was the chair. The entire place had a funky smell. Walls were this and could here babies crying and couples fighting. Positives: Really good breakfast and we had an amazing view of the Arkansas River. We also loved the location. I highly recommend they remodel the place as it would be excellent to stay there if they just updated all the wore out gross stuff.”
