”The cabin itself is very nice. Walk to the lake is more like 15 minutes rather than the 3 that’s advertised but not a huge deal. The opening at the lake at the end of the trail is very small, and heavily brushed in so you can’t see much of the lake. The beds in the cabin were pretty bad, with the advertised pull out couch not having an actual pull out mattress on it, but rather a 3” foam mattress topper instead. You could feel every bar on the frame through it, and the head end sagged down. When...

”They were flexible about our later arrival after a minor travel snafu and cell phone text messages being uncooperative. It's a lovely off-the-beaten-path location and totally perfect for the Ren Faire crowd, too!”

”I liked the free roaming horses and goats and how friendly and helpful everyone was. We had one issue with our microwave and they put a new one in within minutes. The only thing that would of been better is if they maintained the cabin a little better and stocked the kitchen better with pots and pans,”

”Really loved this cabin. Its location directly at the lake with a front sandy “beach” is beautiful and very convenient. A really quite gem, exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Kevin for your fast, accurate and supportive communication. We had a wonderful time. Already planning the second visit. Thank you!!”

”They had just moved the cabin and had sewer gas coming out of the pipes, dead bugs all over the stove and kitchen. A hole in the floor. Rude neighbors that blasted music into early morning hours. No dumpster to dispose of trash. Furniture was in poor shape and the bed was like sleeping on a bolder. There was mold on in the ceiling in the bathroom. We couldn’t come and go as we wanted without someone staring and watching us or asking what we were doing there. Absolutely horrible experience and I...
