”Acceptable place to sleep. Close to Del Lago. Internet was practically non existent and ATT phone service was poor. Remodeling. Would not stay again ”

”Best hotel we’ve been to. We loved the historic feel of the place, the vintage bathrooms and dual heat/ac unit. Terrie at the front desk was the nicest woman we’ve ever met at a hotel; extremely welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and smelled nice. The parking was so easy and close to walk. We will absolutely be back!! Thanks for everything!”

”Reasonably priced for a place to stay. I was in town for work and stayed a week. Tv was a little outdated and not much for coffee or breakfast but for the price what do you expect. Staff was friendly and no complaints ”

”Room was clean but bathroom sink wouldn't drain because stopper was broken, toilet was not secured to floor properly so it wobbled when you sat down, bathroom sink was so small that water went everywhere when you turned the faucet on. Won't go back.”

”Inns of Aurora is simply amazing. The property is well-maintained, charming, and the staff are dedicated to remembering the “little things” that make a stay special. The spa is remarkable - the services we enjoyed were of supera caliber (as compared to other high end spas we have visited). My only feedback on the spa is that some visitors there seemed to not understand proper spa etiquette and wanted to film for their social media. This needs to be squashed to preserve a restful environment...

”We reserved a king bed with a hot tub in the room but we didn’t get that. The bathroom and walls were stained and gross. The pictures of the website didn’t look anything like the actual hotel. I was really disappointed. ”

”Made reservation through 3rd party. Office had no record of it when I was checking in. I had to show that my account was debited for the rental. Area is very crowded with RVs. Was greeted by campers yelling at me to slow down, even though I was doing the tmph speed limit. Not a good environment if you don't have an RV.”
