Good hotel, great location and good breakfast
Second time staying here in two years, it's good value for money relative the cost of hotels in Brooklyn as you get breakfast included, but the rooms are looking really tired now. Marked walls and tired carpet, it really needs a refresh. The breakfast is good, however a queue everyday to find a seat and you feel quite rushed as there is a 30 minute window to eat in so everyone gets a chance to eat. The elevator was out of order for 3 out of the 4 nights and when it does work its slow. Location wise great and it does the job. Good powerful shower and decen bathroom. Would return again but would be nice to see things given a lick of paint and some new room doors as these are looking tatty.

The hotel has good access to the subway. Unfortunately the rooms are old. The breakfast could have been better. The staff was helpful and showed interest in our problems. It was a pity that the elevator was broken, since we lived on the top floor, we had to carry our luggage. After the elevator was repaired, it failed again. What was important was that they tried to fix the problems that arose. Despite everything, we had a great holiday, thank you very much.

Very Nice Stay
The location is perfect. There is a subway station at the end of the block. The breakfast was very good and the employees are ere very friendly and attentive. The only drawback was the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Firstly, room cleaning - which I requested as advised on arrival - never got done during my stay. The front desk worker said housekeeping was made aware but for some unknown reason they did not do it. Secondly, my room (213) was located immediately adjacent to the dining area. I’m not even sure why this exists as a room given that the noise overnight and in the morning is unacceptable for any guest. This room is essentially a continuation of the common space with absolutely no privacy. I’m not sure why I was given this room when I had made the booking a while ago. Interestingly, on my arrival Thursday it was being used as a storage for luggage. Thirdly, your front desk workers were apathetic and unhelpful. I know they can’t do much to help, but there’s no need to act like they don’t care. I would avoid this hotel if possible.

El hotel no está mal, pero el personal en general no es muy amable. Por otro lado no hacen las habitaciones a diario, se llevan las toallas sucias, pero no dejan toallas limpias. Desayunos monótonos y poco variados.

We did not have any housekeeping our whole visit Thursday-Sunday. We didn’t get clean towels or our trash emptied at all. Our trash bins were overflowing by Sunday.

It’s not as it is on the pictures and the room smelled really bad. Furniture is old and not comfortable. The only thing I liked was breakfast.

Hôtel très sympa et très bien placé avec les transports en commun à proximité. Un personnel agréable et au service du client. Un petit bémol concernant le lieu du petit déjeuner qui est sous dimensionné par rapport au nombre de personne que l’hôtel peu accueillir

The room was small forv a king sized bed. I couldnt get the shower head to work , water was leaking from bathroom sink. Im disabled and the small refrigerator was left in the corner on the floor. I was on the second floor, it was very loud and noisey coming from the lobby where you check in.

De eerte kamer die we kregen stonk en de deur was aan de bovenkant gebogen waardoor hij niet goed afsloot. Nadat we hier over hadden geklaagd hadden we een nieuwe kamer gekregen die wat beter was. In deze nieuwe kamer zat er wel op meerdere plekken schimmel in de badkamer. Ook hadden de schoonmakers onze zeep weggegooid en de gebruikte handdoeken meegenomen maar geen nieuwe zeep of nieuwe handdoeken neergelegd.

This is my go to spot when I travel to Brooklyn. It's priced right and clean. Also safety is above all for my family. I have never questioned my safety beyond the normal common sense rules. I stayed there 5 times so far. Elevator was slow as heck but they do work. They have a good breakfast selection.

The elevator is pretty slow outdated since I stayed there in 2019, same elevator same problem. The room was not serviced, no clean towels and bed was not made. The breakfast and front desk was very professional and very friendly. The location is good, 1/2 block from subway. Overall it is okay to stay.

Ett bra hotell nära tunnelbanan, mysiga caféer och restauranger i området även om det också är lite skumma människor omkring. Rent och prydligt rum med allt man behövde. Vi hamnade först i källaren, det rummet var inte bra men vi bad om att få ett rum högre upp och fick det vilket gjorde vår vistelse toppen. Från högre våningsplan är det utsikt över skyskraporna på Manhattan! Frukosten var också över förväntan med varm mat, yoghurt, bagels och pannkakor även om det inte var något fancy.

Hôtel pratique mais basique à Brooklyn
Hôtel proche du métro et accessibilité de Manhattan via les transports en commun. Des commerces et restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel ou à 1 station de métro. L'hôtel est propre cependant l'espace petit déjeuner est de taille limitée. Nous avons eu 2 matins sans produits préparés chauds. De plus, le manque de place rend l'espace étroit et rapidement plein à l'heure de pointe. D'autre part, les chambres ne sont pas nettoyés tous les jours mais à la demande.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter - sauberes Zimmer (ungewohnt ist, dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann; unterhalb des Fenster hängt Tapete weg - bräuchte man nur ankleben). Raum / 5. Stock zur Straße hin, 24/7 recht laut, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Kulante Regelung, nachdem die CC kurzfristig nicht funktionierte! Allerdings warte ich nach 1 Woche noch auf die Erstattung der Kaution über die Credit card! ... Sonst aber zufrieden mit dem Service!

The Truth - The property is in an industrial area. Two old auto body shops and an overgrown dirty vacant lot across the street. - When checking in a couple who had dropped off their bags in the morning and had reservations were told they did not have a room and were sent to a hotel of Holiday Inn's choosing. -I was stuck in the elevator twice. Each time more than one floor was pressed. Then decided walked the 7 flights of stairs for the rest of the stay. - The furniture in the room was all chipped and badly water damaged. - I requested room service 3 times. It finally happened on day 8 of a 9 day stay. - On the plus side the subway is close and it is an easy ride to Manhattan. - Breakfast was fine. What you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express
